This beautifully furnished beach front condo on the eighth floor Unit 802 of Tower I at Majestic Beach Resort entices you to kick back and unwind. An open floor plan and floor-to-ceiling windows offer a panorama view of our award-winning beaches. Three large bedrooms and three full baths with a bunk room with two twin beds, offers plenty of room to accommodate up to ten guests.
The master bedroom, with a king-size bed includes an attached bath with a jetted garden tub and a walk-in shower. Private balcony overlooking the beach. Large smart TV.
The second bedroom offers an inviting king-size bed with a private full bath. Large smart TV.
The third bedroom has two queen size beds with and adjacent full-size bathroom. Large Smart TV.
The fourth bedroom has a bonus bunk room with two twin beds and adjoining full size bathroom. Smart TV.
A fully furnished kitchen with all modern appliances with all the essentials to provide guests the amenities of home.
The gentle sounds of the surf and views of the beach will lure you to the private balcony with stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. Breathtaking stunning sunsets, Kick back and relax and watch the dolphins go by in the early mornings and sip coffee.
Majestic Beach Resort with 650 feet of private beach, is the cream of the crop, offering beach services that include beach chairs, parasailing, jet skis and banana boat rides. Whether it's strolling on the beach, snorkeling, parasailing, or fishing you'll find opportunities to enjoy everything there is to do in, under, above, or on the water.
The onsite Majestic Market offers a variety of food and quick snacks, breakfast and lunch items and of course ice cream. Starbucks coffee to start your day. The Market also sells souvenirs and has a supply of those little pantry items you may have forgotten.
There are five pools onsite. Three large outdoor pools, two heated indoor pools, a kiddie pool with a waterfall, three jetted hot tubs to relax in after a day at the beach.
The H2O Bar & Grille offers lunch and dinner with amazing food from Wings to Street Tocos, plus pool side drinks.
An onsite fitness center with state-of-the art equipment, tennis and pickleball courts are also available.
Guests enjoy secured covered parking and covered walkway to the 3rd floor, with access to four high speed elevators. This unit has one assigned parking space located on the third floor. Space 360 is available for your use. Two vehicles are allowed. $40 parking fee per vehicle. Parking instructions will be emailed to you from Guest Services. Golf Cart Parking is not allowed on the Resort. Majestic Beach Resort also has a Movie Theater with stadium seating, and a conference center for meetings and events.
When you get the urge to explore, close by is the fabulous Pier Park. Pier Park is Panama City's Beach's premier shopping and Entertaiment destination.
Frank Brown Park Sports Complex home to seasonal tournaments and events. Frank Brown Park is the largest park in Panama City Beach. Just over 100 acres, includes baseball, softball, soccer fields, batting cages, and more.

Great location. House was clean. Kitchen is small and outdated. Beds were comfortable. Showers were nice, plenty of hot water for showers after a long day at the beach. Plenty of space for my family of 8. The beach was very busy, lots of walking from parking deck. Parking did not come with the unit 40 per car. Overall a great stay.

Loved the location and wonderful view from the balcony!Housekeeping cleanliness wasn’t the best!Several of the support boards on the top bunk were to short and fell thru, so one of our guest had to sleep on the sofa!

The location was good and view was amazing!
Unfortunately some things were not what I would have expected, like several dishes we pulled out to use were dirty, cabinet door was broken, the bedroom door for the ocean view didn't close properly till the last day, the door wall was difficult to lock, soap slot for the washing machine was dirty and underneath the bed didn't seem to have been swept. Tried messaging through VRBO app and wouldn't connect, then called number listed and it was the owner who told me I needed to go through management. The resort wouldn't let us park the golf cart we rented, which I think should be stated in the VRBO description
