*Unit #601* Centrally Located on Front Beach Rd in PCB! Walk to numerous diners, restaurants, bars and shopping! Marisol Condominium sits directly on the World's Most Beautiful Beaches and offers a private pool and workout facility on site. Walk off the elevator to the pool or a few more steps to the beach! Completely Updated property! This unit is on the 6th floor and the master bedroom boasts beachfront views and a King size bed with private bath including whirlpool tub with separate shower and double sink vanity. The guest room has a queen bed with guest bathroom access. The junior suite has a full(double) bed; Sleeps 6 comfortably. A separate room for laundry is wonderful for those sandy bathing suits and floats! The kitchen/Dining Room/Living Room area is surrounded by windows for the most amazing views, especially sunsets! Marisol Condominium has a total of 45 units and only 20 rental units, there is ample space for everyone. Due to limited parking this complex only allows 2 spaces per condo. When you book with us, you are included 1 space for $55. If you need a 2nd space, you will need to pay additional $55. Pay Per Parking lot is available 1 block down from condo for $10/day. Community BBQ grills are located on the pool deck to enjoy beachfront/poolside meals! **Must be 21 or older to reserve!

Overall our stay at this property was excellent the cleanness, the location was all that we thought it could be. Easy access to property when we arrived. I would recommend this property and we will be back.

This was our second time staying at Marisol it deli ered everything we expected newly renovated was the icing on the cake and parking is great! Will stay there again.

Great location. Very easy to get around. Quiet and not very busy. Love to visit this area. Condo is very clean and mangament company is great to work with.
