About this house rental

2 Bedroom 2.5 Bathroom townhouse located in Gulf Highlands Beach Resort, a quiet and safe gated community. The community is in a great central location. Walking distance to Walmart and close to many restaurants on Front Beach Rd and Hutchinson Blvd. 5 mins walk to the beach and a short 10 mins drive to Pier Park.

Community amenities include 11 pools (some heated in the winter), a beach front private clubhouse, tennis courts, and a mini-golf course.

This was a great location and the space worked well for me and my 3 kids. Several pools to choose from including one on the beach. They also have a putt putt course which my son really enjoyed. The beds were very comfortable and it really has a homie feel to the place. Hopefully we will be back in a couple years and can use the space again. Owner is also quick to respond with any issues or questions! It took right about 5 minutes to walk to the beach, Walmart and restaurants are 1-2 minute drive. Super convenient location to everything.
