Das Appartement ist sehr hell und freundlich gestaltet und der Ausblick einfach traumhaft! Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr gut und mir hat höchstens eine Schere gefehlt. Das WLAN funktionierte einwandfrei. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, Restaurants, Supermärkte (ein kleiner SPARmarkt hat rund um die Uhr geöffnet) und Bushaltestellen sind fußläufig zu erreichen.
Man sieht, dass das Appartement ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen ist. Das Sofa ist ein wenig abgewetzt, das Wasserhahn in der Küche wackelt. Die Duschkabine ist schimmelig und schließt nicht mehr richtig, könnte mal erneuert werden. Das Fenster im Bad geht nicht richtig zu. Der Warmwasserbehälter tropft manchmal, ich hatte einen Eimer darunter gestellt. Die zentrale Lage hat natürlich auch den Nachteil, dass es sehr laut ist, eine vielbefahrene Straße geht direkt daran vorbei (bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist es aber nicht so schlimm). Das Treppenhaus ist sehr eng, schmutzig und irgendwie ein wenig gruselig.

A localização do apartamento e a vista eram muito boas. Poucos metros do ponto de ônibus onde facilmente pode ir para qualquer lugar da ilha.
Tinha também um mercado 24h muito perto e o apartamento tinha um tamanho bom e era bem equipado.
Sobre o barulho que muitas pessoas comentaram nas avaliações de fato é um pouco barulhento pois está em uma rua bem movimentada de carros e também de pessoas andando pela orla. Mas não foi nada que não valesse a pena se hospedar nele, esse era um grande medo meu pois tenho dificuldade de dormir com barulho e com a janela fechada não foi um problema.

Puiki vieta už prieinamą kainą su gražiu vaizdu į įlanką. Labai erdvūs su dideliais langais. Šalia du prekybos centrai ir barai. Autobusų stotelės iš kurių galima nuvykti į bet kurį rajoną Maltoje. Paslaugūs šeimininkai, labai smulkiai paaiškino apartamentų lokaciją. Apartamentai pilnai įrengti: mokrobangų krosnelė, indaplovė, viryklė, indai, skalbimo mašina ir kt.
Šalia triukšmingos pagrindinės gatvės, kur niekada nebūna ramu.
