Good location with a great view. Spacious and comfortable. Easy walk on the flat to sliema ferry, and the hop on hop off bus, and local bus stop very close. Plenty of restaurants very close by as well as a supermarket. The apartment was on the 6th floor with a lift. When we arrived the lift wasn’t working but was fixed the next day
As it overlooks Balluta Bay it overlooks some bars/restaurants which play music but it doesn’t go on too late. It is also by a busy road. This doesn’t detract from the property itself.

An excellent modern apartment, lovely and clean. Very comfortable. Fantastic views over Balluta Bay. Very central with lots of restaurants within easy reach. Easy to get buses to visit all parts of the islands.
You do need to be able to navigate a few stairs(up or down) to access the lift so if mobility is an issue this apartment may not be for you. The terrace is lovely but only gets the sun first thing in the morning .
