Amazing spacious and well located apartment

Very nice amazingly clean apartment in a good location. Loved the chickens and turkeys outside. Very close to everything, including the bus station. Nice host that tried to help as much as possible. Easy check in and out. Great shower and hot water, good WiFi. Lots of towels and bedding, good kitchen facilities. Quiet.

We had an issue with the Tv, but didn’t really need it and the host was more than amenable in trying to help. Sofas a bit uncomfortable but you won’t be staying there too much!

Well stocked, spacious apartment!

Everything was well stocked, there was seasonings for food, shampoo and hand wash. The apartment was spacious and was in a good location to explore the city and the bus station was only a 10 minute walk away. Everything was clean. Thankyou Martha!

Air con would be nicer in the bedroom as the bedroom got very hot at night time. This meant we had to open the window, and unfortunately, there were lots of animal noises throughout the night from one of the gardens nearby (not the hosts fault).

The apartment is amazing, it’s set up with everything you need, it’s super spacious and in great central location close to a nice bakery and some bars. Martha is an extremely good host, she let us book the place very last minute, was incredibly responsive and helpful when we had a little bit of trouble finding the place and she has her own guidebook with lots of great recommendations for things to do and places to check out while in Podgorica.

I liked it, the apartment is really warm i didn't use the ac much. They allow me to check in a bit earlier. Martha and her mum very lovely ladies. I wanted to extend my stay but the apartment is popular so you will be lucky if you have a chance yo book it.

A really cosy homely apartment, close to the city centre and the Old Town.

The property was clean and well furnished with everything I needed. it was really well-situated to walk into the Old Town, the city and the bus and train stations. Martha and her mother were really helpful with arrival instructions, advice about bars nearby to watch the World Cup and they made me feel really welcome. I loved being able to watch the chickens and geese from the windows! There was lots of spare bedding in case I was cold and plenty of towels. Everything worked well. I would definitely return.

I never quite managed to find the online welcome pack on Canva - probably my problem with IT - but it didn’t matter. It would be really nice to have bedside lights so you don’t need the overhead light on when reading in bed - and don’t need to get out of bed to turn it off! Not a big problem but they would make it perfect!

The hosts were very nice and easy going. when the two of the AC remotes would work, the host’s mother was kind enough to buy a brand new one and bring it to us. Her effort payed off and we were able to turn the AC at the heating mode. the bathroom utilities were really nice, big shower and the heater in the bathroom. the law was enough room in the apartment for leisure, cooking, eating and working. the location is good, and there was no street noise.

oh, it was so sad, but this great apartment has an extremely strong cigarette smell. it was next to impossible to stay there for us, our head had eyes hurt. we were barely surviving. it was really hard. the smell is deeply absorbed in the furniture, the sheets, the closet insides. we couldn’t get out of it. we were keeping every window open at all times. that’s why we needed an AC at the heating mode.

The apartment is in a perfect location - really close to a city center or a bus and train station. The apartment was clean and comfy. Apartment's owner was very helpful and responded in a short time anytime in a day.

- The smell of cigarettes was pervasive. You could smell it even in a bedding or towels. - if you plan to go there in more than 2 persons and you are taller than 170cm, then sleeping on a sofa in the living room may be painful.

The property is just outside the city center, so has grocery options within about 5 minute walk. Also close to bus station. The apartment itself has plenty of space and a view out over an empty lot with chickens and geese. You also get a view of the mountains. Kind of feels like being at a farm. Everything was clean and organized.

Make sure you get exact directions or have the host meet you there. The address listed is very general, and it can be hard to find.

The apartment is very comfortable. It didn't have cigarette smell (I don't smoke and hate cigarette smell, I spot it at once) and the rooster and other animals mentioned in previous comments were ok. I could sleep perfectly well. Martha's very nice.

The first neighbor has animals, chickens, roosters, goats, cats, ducks, geese, etc. It doesn't smell, but we couldn't sleep past 5 a.m. because of the noise.
