Lovely hosts, comfy flat, perfect location

It was even better than we expected ! It was very comfy, with all the things we needed to cook, and rest comfortably with a nice living room. The flat is big and feels like home. The hosts were absolutely lovely, and the flat only 20 minutes always from the bus station (5 minutes taxi). We definitely recommend.

Short stay in a decent place,,

Location is great. On a peaceful spot but near all important places in Podgorica.

Not recommended for a stay longer than one night. Not a place to relax

The host, Jovana, was nice, and was trying to help, but there's not much you can do with a basement. Towels and sheets were clean and fresh.

We stayed in a basement of someone's house. A damp, dark, moldy, very outdated basement. The wallpaper and paint were peeling off the walls, kitchen and bathroom facilities were dated, grimy and not exactly in best shape. The shower kept getting clogged, to the point of almost flooding the bathroom. We didn't even have a kettle to make tea, and basically spent the stay trying to get away, and only sleep there. Which was a challenge too, on the first night, as living in a basement, you hear the life of the family upstairs, whether you like it or not. It was loud, long into the night.

Nice stay, satisfied!

Good location, not far from old town and city center (walking distance within 30mn) . There is A cafeteria “time out” just across the road and a fast food within 50m. The owner is very very very nice person and very helpful, provided with clean towels and toilet papers :) during the whole stay.

The area and neighborhood is calm and very quiet, which is good , but few nights, heard some neighbors speaking very loud or watching tv or football match between 22pm-23:30pm. Or maybe just an exception during my stay. And Since it’s quiet , I guess you can hear even the slightest noise :)

Very cheap and dirty apartment

Not so far from the city center Air conditioning was working Kind host

The price was very low but we didn’t expected to find a dirty and uncomfortable apartment. Under our beds there were stubs of cigarettes, chips, used masks, toilet paper and dust. The chairs in the kitchen were deeply stained. The apartment smelt like cigarette and mould (maybe because the apartment is underground with very little windows) Moreover, there were only 3 beds even though the apartment was given for 4 people. Our friend had to sleep on the couch. Also, they don’t have shower towels, they gave us only small towels even after asking for them to the host.

Very poor and overpriced.

We didn't like the fact that the room had no window only a little bit of frosted glass in the front door with very thin blinds which didn't close properly. No kettle. No hot water supply to kitchen sink. Electrical sockets hanging off the walls especially in the kitchen area where you had to disconnect the fridge to use the microwave. Wardrobe had only one coat hangar and was crammed full of bedding etc so little space to put things. The lighting was very poor. The so called terrace wasn't a sitting area just the top of the steps.The property next door left the bright porch light on all night long which shone through the front door making it like daylight for sleeping. Also extremely difficult to find the property as there was no sign or name. Very poorly set up and overpriced.

okay for one night

The host is nice and friendly, I made the reservation just a few hours before arrival cz of some sudden plans and they accepted it which I'm grateful for. The location is good, not far from the center. The apartment itself is okay for a night.

It was incredibly noisy as there was a party or something until 4 am next door and there's no soundproof at all. The apartment is rather tired and needs some renovation, ceilings with leaks, wiring, broken toilet seat and etc. On top of that, the tobacco smell was really unbearable :(

Bien pour une nuit

L'hôte est très agréable et réactive ! Elle était présente pour nous guider à notre arrivée. Le logement est bien situé

L'odeur de tabac dans le logement est vraiment désagréable. La douche fuit. Il y a une seule prise pour le frigo, la plaque de cuisson et le micro-ondes. Il faut donc débrancher le frigo pour brancher la plaque de cuisson qui d'ailleurs n'indique pas si elle chauffe car les voyants lumineux ne fonctionnent pas et il n'y a pas de chiffre pour indiquer la puissance.

Lokalizacja była bardzo przystępna, całe mieszkanie tez nie było strasznie złe po prostu rzeczy tam były stare.

Zapach papierosów był straszny, powiedziałam to Pani odbierającej pieniądze to stwierdziła ze poprzedni goście musieli palić i przeprasza ale nic z tym nie zrobi.
