The flat is new and very comfy, it has everything you may need. Comfy bed, nice balcony view and great shower! The kitchen is very well equipped. I would definitely stay again.
I would prefer to receive organized instructions about the check-in and payment as soon the booking is confirmed. I had internet to communiciate with the owner to undrstand how the self-check in works, but many travelers don't have data when arriving in a new location so would be nice to receive it via email in advance.

Cisto je, ima sav potreban sadrzaj. Terasa i kupatilo odlicni. Brz i lak dogovor, iako sam jako lasno dosla. Ljubazan domaćin!
TV nije u funkciji. Mozete se ulogovati na Netflix i YT.

Balcony, airco, possibility to self check in.
Host was super unfriendly. There was trash from previous guests and the laundry in the washing machine. After asking what to do with it, I got a reply to “take it out”. So as a guest I was drying out and folding somebody’s laundry. No kettle, after complaining I was supposed to take it from the restaurant below but they knew nothing about it. The sofa is not there. In the bathroom bin there were used hygiene products and I was supposed to stay there for 7 days. I ran from that place after 4.
