Good value for money.

Air-condition good and WF. Place selected by my daughter and it didn't meet my standard choosing places to stay. It was very good value for money and good location and my family of 5 didn't complain. We stayed in apartment only for sleep and we eat outsaid.

It was Balkan standard. Bathroom shocking, all apartment needs urgent painting.

Empty drink cartons between the pillow and bed/ wall. Terrible smell thought it was mold. Mold evident. Told owners who said they didn’t understand. Cash given for two nights 96 Euros. Cable - electric in the living room. Electric sockets not secure / safe. Washing machine plugged in to shower area - drenched in water post shower. In an old department building staircase detaching from the wall.

Not like in pictures and bad hygiene

The communication with the host was good and straightforward.

As soon as you enter you get hit with some weird smell that tells you that this place is not the best with hygiene. Unfortunately I didn't read the comments before I booked and when I got to the apartment I was exhausted from the trip and didn't have the strength to book another so for one night of sleeping on my own sheets (thank god I brought them) I was out the next morning.

Good value apartment in Podgorica

The location of the apartment is great for exploring Podgorica. Maya, the host, was great and communication with her was easy. There is a free parking in front of the entrance to the building with lots of free spaces (at least when we arrived) which is important in Podgorica, where the parking in the center of the city is generally not free, and it's difficult for a non-resident to pay for the parking with foreign SIM card/number. Air-conditioners are installed in all rooms, which is really necessary when you are visiting Podgorica in August.

The apartment is in an old building, and it may soon need refurbishment, particularly in the bathroom (some appliances are leaking). Nevertheless, the value of the rental is very correct.

Don't rent this apartment, hygienically not suitable

There's free parking in front of the building.

Dirty, messy apartment, all in all not suitable to rent or live in. Very bad hygiene condition in all rooms, bathroom and kitchen, moisture, spider nets, suspicious stains on one of the walls. I think I had a bedbug bite. It's on the 4th floor with no elevator, many different levels in the apartment can be dangerous before you get used. Luckily, we've spent only one night, feeling sorry not taking a hotel instead.

We didn't get the property I had booked..

It was very clean, in the bathroom they had left a shower gel and there was hot water. There was a kettle in the kitchen and a small fridge, enough for one night. TV was working too. Great cheap price for one night.

We didn't get the apartment I had booked - neither on the photos in Booking, nor the address. We booked a 2-bedroom apartment, instead we got a one-bedroom one and 2 adult people had to sleep on a broken couch that couldn't extend. We called before arriving and the hosts should have given us the correct address to the appropriate property for us. Also, the apartment was -1 level, and there is a plastic roof above the terrace, so we could hear loudly the rain all night.

The host is very nice. Despite some reviews that stated otherwise, the place was very clean and comfy. The apartment looks exactly like the pics and I was surprised by how spacious it is!

The building is old, therefore it may not be up to the modern standards, e.g doesnt have a lift, some appliances and furniture are old, the terraces are narrow, etc. so manage your expectations accordingly

No wifi. It was somehow connected to another facility wifi, but working hardly only in one place of the room. Parking was full, so it's hard to fit with the car. No proper location info (Google maps and OpenStreetMaps are finding the place).
