Anyway, the apartments are really well designed and in a great location. There is everything you need, the only thing missing is the AC. In hot weather, the AC is needed as the apartment gets all the evening sun through the windows, and the bedrooms are in the attic, so it gets very hot in the evening and it is difficult to sleep. Really very early check out is required. The office requests that the check out be done and the keys handed over between 09:00 and 10:00. The office is further from the apartments, you have to drive, so the actual check out must be at least 30 minutes earlier. Take your attention the garage is very limited in size for cars. It is difficult to enter the garage due to the narrow gate and the narrow yard, and especially because of the large threshold under the garage door.

The apartment wasnt clean enought. The shelves in the wardrobes were really dirty and even after asking the apartment to be cleaned again, they remained uncleaned. The balcony window is also dirty. The floor remained clean after repeated cleaning. We have been in the apartments on very warm period. But at all apartment is very nice.

Apartament bardzo piękny. Czysty i w idealnej lokalizacji. Duże,przestronne sypialnie. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona. Na plus dodatkowy WC.

Jedyny mały minus, że trzeba oddać klucze w biurze,jakby nie można ich było zostawić w skrzynce.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, przestronne i czyste mieszkanie.

Góra łazienka do remontu. Ponadto nieporozumieniem jest zawożenie kluczy do jakiegoś biura po wymeldowaniu. Obok drzwi jest skrzynka na klucze którą podobno jest „nieaktywna”. Bardziej wydaje mi się, że ktoś by musiał po nie jechać… tragiczna winda która raz jeździ, a raz nie, nie działa domofon, nie ma jak komuś otworzyć drzwi.

Super. 10/10. Wrócimy!

Przestrzeń - dwa poziomy i duża przestrzeń sprawiają, że czuliśmy się jak w domu a nie mieszkaniu. Lokalizacja - dwa kroki do Monciaka, ale cicha jednokierunkowa uliczka, Czystość na tip top. Komfort - jest wszystko co potrzebne, duża kuchnia w pełni wyposażona. Winda. Cisza i spokój - w budynku raczej mieszkają lokalni mieszkańcy, więc jest cicho i spokojnie, super na pobyt rodzinny. Piękny ranek, pobudka z widokiem na sopockie dachy i śpiewem mew. Na pewno wrócimy, szkoda, że Wiekanoc jest już zajęta.

Ładny kwiat na schodach, ale miał mega sucho, szkoda, bo chce żyć:-) podlaliśmy.

Super miejscówka na weekendowy wypad do Sopotu

Super lokalizacja- niedaleko od dworca PKP i promenady. Cicha i spokojna uliczka. Zadbana kamienica z windą. Mieszkanie słoneczne i ciepłe, przestronny salon dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Balkon. Łazienka z WC na piętrze, oddzielna toaleta na dole. Dużo luster. Łóżka wygodne. Ogromny plus za możliwość zostawienia walizek w biurze po oddaniu kluczy.

Minus za brak szczotki do zamiatania, za dyskusyjną czystość w łazience - głownie pod natryskiem
