Doskonała lokalizacja na zapleczu Placu Zdrojowego, bezpłatne miejsce parkingowe naprzeciwko budynku przy cenach parkingów 190 zł/dobę. Dobre wyposażenie mieszkania typu studio z balkonem. Położenie na I piętrze, ale miejsce ciche.
W rzeczywistości studio z wydzieloną "klatką z okien" udającą sypialnię. Bardzo niewygodne łóżko. Wyrzutnie smrodu z restauracji zlokalizowanych po drugiej stronie budynku prosto w okna mieszkania co dyskwalifikuje miejsce na pobyt wakacyjny. Dominują wyziewy z restauracji Phuket tajskiej, choć nie jest bezpośrednio po drugiej stronie Te wyziewy są jakimś skandalem świadczącym o budowaniu wyłącznie pod wynajem krótkoterminowy, bo mieszkać tam się nie da.
