Great location, clean, nice view.

The apartment is excellent and the location is great, close to restaurants and the beach. Big windows with a good view, at least now, while the Christmas lights are up. Receptionist downstairs is very friendly and helpful, almost caring. I sleep with the windows open and didn’t find it noisy. And perfect news - the kebab place downstairs is closed since December 1. I actually catch couple of bit “smelly” days in November but nothing dramatic. So at least until April 1 place gonna be smell and noice safe.

Glass wall is not very logical and I was afraid not to notice it at night. But that’s the owners taste.

Great little place for a great little town

The location in Sopot is excelent and the contact with the owner was always extremely quick – even on Sundays – and accommodating. Despite the central location the apartment is in a quiet street with excelent restaurants nearby. I recomment the Petit Paris in the same building. 😋 There is a guard by the door 24/7 and even though the guards don’t speak English very well they were also very friendly and accommodating. For example, we got a code to enter the building, guess how often we needed to enter it – not once! The guard always opened the door for us and even helped with the luggage on the first day – even though that certainly wasn’t his job!

To find something to complain about this apartment is hard, unless you are very picky. The ‘worst’ is perhaps that the bedroom is not very dark because the draperies are thin and let the street lights through. But that’s nothing a good sleep mask cannot fix. Then there were just some oddities and not really things I didn’t like. Like there’s a smoke detector RIGHT above the hob – but the hood is strong enough to suck the steam right outside. Maybe the kitchen could be equipped a bit better in general (eg there was a knife but no cutting board, a ladle but no soup plates. But really, in practice that was no problem at all. As an extra service it would have been nice to have dishwasher powder and washing powder ready. Or salt for cooking (there were small sachets with salt and pepper, but not enough to cook pasta with, eg). But this would really have been an extra and I’m not complaining. I mean, the apartment was not on a lonely beach, after all, but in the centre of Sopot were there’s a ‘Żabka’ store every few metres and you can get all the things you need from there.

Location was good, just round from the main town of Sopot

The sofa was very uncomfortable, no cushions, had to take of the bed, could be doing with a extra mirror somewhere in the apartment, so ladies can get ready while the men are in the shower, very noisy throughout nearly every night, no personal touch to the apartment, I felt we spent a lot of money on it

Lovely apartment but next time would definitely want a balcony. They had a bigger apartment which would have been more suitable but was unable to change which was a bit annoying. Will know what to ask for next time

Lovely room, great location, short few minutes walk to the high street, beach etc. We went for our wedding and had a cot for our 2 year old when requested. Comfy bed, nice little balcony and little kitchen to prepare breakfast etc.

Bed side table was falling off the wall so phone kept sliding on to the floor. 🙃

An Amazing Holiday in an Excellent Apartment!

A really great stay! Very clean room, all amenities available, great reception staff, great location.

Very noisy at night (because of drunk people outside). Nowhere to leave our suitcases after check out.

ist very close to the beach. just cross the beach, although I would say it’s not the “pretty” beach of sopot. overall ok apartment (would be nice if they would add a toaster).

it is on a very busy street which is loud. due to the hot weather we kept the window open at night and you basically cannot sleep due to the loud noises from the night life or cars. one of the windows directly opens to someone else’s balcony which is odd. once someone was sitting there and it felt like interfering into personal space.

Enjoyed the location of the apartment but unfortunately the apartment was not as clean as we expected it to be.

The property was in a good location and was secure.

The floor was very dirty and the table was covered in what appeared to be fine sand. There are leaks around the shower tray therefore the bathroom floor was extremely wet after showers. There was no floor mat provided in the bathroom. There were no hand towels provided only 2 small sized bath towels were provided. The neighbour’s balcony overlaps one of the windows of the apartment therefore for privacy we had to keep one of the blinds closed.

Close to the beach. Clean and nice apartment and the kitchen was well equipped.

Hard to find to the apartment, no signs on the outdoor or door to the apartment. The code to the door didn’t work so the man in the frontdesk helped me and gave me a key after I called the host.

Przyjemne mieszkanie w dobrej lokalizacji

Mieszkanie przyjemne, czyste, dobrze utrzymane i funkcjonalne. W budynku znajduje się winda co stanowi duże udogodnienie. W kuchni jest wszystko co potrzebne. Sprzęty zadbane w dobrym stanie. Pomimo styczniowej pogody w mieszkaniu było wystarczająco ciepło. Bardzo dobry i miły kontakt z osobą wynajmującą. Również bardzo mili i pomocni panowie z ochrony na wejściu do budynku. Znakomita lokalizacja obiektu. Dodatkową zaletą są trzy sklepiki spożywcze dosłownie kilka metrów od domu. Bardzo przytulny balkon, choć zimą nie było okazji aby z niego skorzystać. W mieszkaniu zabrakło mi jakiegoś pojemnika lub chociaż większej scierki na których można by odstawić ośnieżone buty, aby nie niszczyć podłogi. 9I jeszcze jedna sprawa, ale już w formie humorystycznej - zainwestujcie w trochę lepszej jakości papier toaletowy. Ten jest tak cienki, że zamiast odrywać listki trzeba odywać metry. Oszczędność jest fikcyjna bo papieru zużywa się o wiele więcej, że o komforcie nie wspomnę, 😜

Wadę stwierdzam jedną, ale istotną, a mianowicie brak jakiejkolwiek szafy, szafki, czegokolwiek w czym można schować odzież i drobiazgi. Jedyna szafa znajduje się przy drzwiach wejściowych, ale zdecydowanie brakuje jej funkcjonalności. Drugi i ostatni mebel to szafka nocna - tylko jedna - w sypialni. Efekt był taki że żeby nie chodzić co chwilę do drzwi lub sypialni, zarówno elementy odzieży oraz inne drobiazgi, dla wygody leżały na podłodze w pokoju co zdecydowanie nie wyglądało estetycznie. Przyznam, że pierwszy raz spotkałam się z taką sytuacją. Wystarczyłaby jakaś mała szafka lub komoda np. pod telewizorem lub komin na ścianie przy drzwiach balkonowych. Może warto rozważyć to na przyszłość zwłaszcza, że po komentarzach widać, że większa liczba osób zgłaszała już ten problem. I druga, może nie tyle wada, co usterka. W drzwiach od kabiny prysznicowej uszczelka na jednym odcinku jest zbyt krótka, a na drugim nie ma jej w ogóle co powoduje, że woda wydostaje się przez niezabezpieczone otwory. W efekcie na podłodze z prawej i lewej strony zbiera się woda. O ile z lewej strony można ją wytrzeć, o tyle z prawej dostęp jest ograniczony przez pralkę. W perspektywie czasu istnieje spora obawa, że z czasem zbierająca się woda może zacząć przeciekać przez strop. Wymiana uszczelki zajmie chwilę, a może uchronić przez poważniejszym konsekwencjami.

Jestem rozczarowana i przykro mi, że zepsuto mi urlop.

Tylko i wyłącznie lokalizacja blisko morza

Wiele. Cieknący i zalewający łazienkę brodzik pod prysznicem, brudne sztućce, lodówka 0,50 cm trzeba było klękać na podłodze , żeby coś wyjąć. TV z sypialni był widoczny na pół ekranu . Ręczniki nie zmieniono nawet przez 10 dni (aż nieprzyjemnie było się w nie wycierać). Najgorszy był remont drogi. Przez cały pobyt od 7:00 rano budziły nas głosy robotników, głośna koparka, szlifierka i maszyna do ubijania bruku. Jak przyjechaliśmy , to droga była już rozkopana, więc przy zamawianiu przeze mnie rezerwacji Blue Mandarin o tym fakcie wiedział i mimo to przyjął rezerwację. Jest jeszcze sprawa opłaty podatku miejskiego czy klimatycznego. W takich warunkach hałasu, to ja powinnam dostać odszkodowanie. Nie powinnam go płacić tym bardziej, że byłam na urlopie poza sezonem. Byłam w lepszych kurortach i takiego podatku nie płaciłam. To był koszmar nie urlop. Urlop, to rzecz święta i nie powinien być przez chcących zarabiać pieniądze naruszany. Według mnie Booking, com powinien weryfikować obiekty , które proponuje na wypoczynek. Myślę, że zrezygnuję z wyjazdów proponowanych przez Booking,com . Jeszcze jedno , Ten obiekt jest zakwalifikowany jako APARTAMENT ! To nie był apartament tylko zwykłe mieszkanie na wynajem i tak też powinien być zakwalifikowany. Od apartamentu wymaga się więcej !

Czystość na najwyższym poziomie, baaardzo wygodny materac. Dawno tak komfortowo nie spałam w obcym miejscu. Świetnie wyposażona kuchnia. Obiekt usytuowany w świetnym punkcie. Ochrona w budynku bardzo pomocna. Kontakt z gospodarzem super miły.

Brak mi było dużego lustra, jest fajne miejsce przy wieszaku, może kiedyś zagospodarujecie Państwo. 🙂 Reszta bez zarzutu, chociaż usytuowanie telewizora zaskakujące.

Śniadania nie były wliczone w cenę, ale było to zbędne, lokalizacja w centrum ze sklepami żabkami więc wszystko pod ręką. Pomimo tego że centrum do obiektu prowadzi boczna uliczka cicha i nieedaleko od dworca więc na pieszo 10 minut.

Lokalizacja, ale głośno, bo okna wychodzą na ulicę.

Zdecydowanie nie polecam tego apartamentu. Brak klimatyzacji przy letnich upałach to absolutna porażka – w środku duszno i nie da się spać. Do ekspresu nie było ani jednej kapsułki, a po zgłoszeniu tego obsługa tylko wzruszyła ramionami – zero zaangażowania, może kiedyś coś z tym zrobią. To samo ze zmywarką – pusta, bez żadnej tabletki, więc nie da się z niej korzystać od razu. W dodatku zastałem brudne naczynia, każde z innego kompletu, jakby ktoś je zbierał z różnych mieszkań. Tapety miejscami poodklejane, wrażenie bylejakości i braku dbałości o cokolwiek. Pokój wychodzi na ruchliwą ulicę – hałas przez całą dobę, nawet przy zamkniętych oknach. W środku ciemno, ponuro, światło niewystarczające, zupełnie nie jak na zdjęciach. Cena zupełnie nieadekwatna do jakości. Nie tego oczekuję po apartamencie w tej kategorii.

Mieszkanie takze było mniejsze niż sugerowały to foty, ogólnie przeróbka z dużego mieszkania na kilka małych - ściany z kartongiosu - wszystko dosłownie wszystko słychać - lejącą się wodę, rozmowy i telewizor w apartamencie obok. W mieszkaniu było potwornie gorąco - okna od strony południowej, brak klimy i rolet - wyobrażać sobie, że w lecie jest tam sauna. ogólnie za tą kasę można znaleźć coś w znacznie lepszym standardzie.
