Cheap furnishings in a tiny room, but adequate for a minimalist traveler

The central location was excellent. It was handy to have an electric tea kettle. When I requested a bath mat, the owner was responsive and had one delivered that evening. There were hooks on the wall and a small "wardrobe" for hanging clothes and bags. There was a small refrigerator, which was useful.

If you open the windows, flies come in (You can see lots of flies buzzing around outside the window.) The hot water wasn't very consistent. The only way to wash dishes or get water was the very small bathroom tap. It was too small to fill up the electric kettle. The bedding was OK for the season, but extremely old and worn. There were only 3 hangers in the small "wardrobe"...not enough to hang wet swimsuits, towels, jackets, dresses... There were no cleaning devices provided. Luckily I found the storage closet in the hallway of the building and could use the broom and dustpan to sweep up my floor (which became sandy from beach outings).

I like that apartament even if it had it's faults. It's located in the heart of the city, but at night you can barely hear any street noice as it's at the back of the building but I hope you don't mind sleeping with street light shining in to the room. Room and bathroom were clean, as was also kitchen area, and small selection of kitchen were available. The owner is very helpful as well, even if we didn't see her.

Not enough towels for the price we paid. We only got two big one. Definitely miss few more especially a hand towel. Also there wasn't any kitchen towel to dry dishes , some glassware was missing. Curtains could be a bit thicker as the street lamp is shining right outside the window and it's really hard to fall asleep. Walls and table should have been repainted as they look rather used.

Best hotel room in all my stay in Poland, if I would knew in advance about how good in this hotel room, I would stay here 1-2 days more. Located in town centre, near restaurants and grocery supermarkets, not far train station, near also beach. Bed great, shower great, I had microwave, also there was heater.

just very very minor small thing. I didn't find anything which I can use to clean my kitchenware after eating, maybe I was blind.

Great location, not so great room.

Location was great. The shower itself was good. Clean towels. Relatively easy to communicate with landlord. Drinking glasses were available. Abundance of spoons (3). High ceiling.

Calling it an appartment would be a gross overstatement. There were 2 rooms, one bathroom and bedroom. It would be more accurate to call it a room. Everything showed clear signs of being worn down quite heavily. There were no moldings around doors or the like which made it obvious that whoever fitted the doors were in a hurry to just get it done. This also made it so that you could almost see through the crack in the wall between the bathroom and livingroom. Floor cover was not fitted properly and therefore was bulging up against the walls, presumably also not actually attached to the floor. If I didnt know better (which I dont) I'd say it was laid down in a hurry to cover up a crime scene. There was no kitchen utilities except for a water heater which we didnt use. We also got 2 forks, 2 knives and 3 spoons at our disposal which just seemed redundant as there was nowhere to wash them after use (No kitchen sink). No kitchen stove or anywhere to cook (dissapointing as me and my brother are both trained chefs and were looking forward to using local ingredients to cook). Refrigerator was very small and could barely fit a larger 1,5l bottle. It was also very loud when turned on. Our room was not soundproof by any means, which meant we could hear anyone walking outside, or our nextdoor neighbours quite easily. Marking next to our door also indicated that someone had kicked open the door at some point and left a piece of the frame missing. Several of the lightbulbs in various lighting features either did not work on arrival or stopped working shortly after use. The size of the ''appartment'' made it so that finding space to leave belongings became hard, so we ended up using a lot of floor space for that. Pretty sure the rooms high ceiling was taller than the room was wide. I could feel the metal springs through the bed which was not very comfortable. Pillows were quite cheap.

Low-cost and right in the centre

The place is perfectly located at the main Sopot street with both the train station and the beach just minutes away. The windows faced an interior patio, so it was very quiet at night (perfect if you need silence). The place is a big flat divided into smaller studio-like units (room + tiny bathroom). A towel and a kettle were present, but you won't be able to cook there. Good contact with the owner via phone. In general, good spot for relatively low price in the centre of Sopot.

Problems with check-in if you arrive after 10pm, I needed to contact the property via phone before arrival (but everything went well, they left the keys hidden for me). The sofa where you sleep was quite uncomfortable.

Superb

I was in apartment with balcony and I felt immediately so well there ! It si simple but very cozy room with small kitchen. I liked a lot the cuty balcony there. The room have perfect possition in city center not far away from the beach but it was very quiet there. The bed was very comfortable. If I turn back to Sopot I will choose again this room !

I was two times on this place and in both check-in there was small trable and delay ( broken heating in my room, the handover of keys in small delay ) but fortunatelly in both cases it was very quickly resolved to my full satisfaction. The person who has phone number on Booking doesnt speak any english and on my message regarding the handover of keys replied just "English" and phone number. I found this a little bit rude, could be maybe nicer way learn one simle english phrase with information that I should comunicate with the english speaking collegue or directly pass my phone number to english speaking person..

Dobra opcja na 1 max 2 noce żeby tylko się przespać.

Jeżeli ktoś szuka taniego miejsca na 1-2 noce żeby tylko przekimać i się umyć to jak najbardziej można skorzystać. Na dłuższy pobyt się nie sprawdzi. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, kontakt z gospodarzem również.

Przy dużym obłożeniu jest dość głośno, zwłaszcza z korytarza bardzo słychać wracających turystów. Mogło by być trochę czyściej nawet jak na tę cenę.

Pokoj położony na samym Monciaku,rewelacja .Ogólnie pokoj schludny ,łóżko b.wygodne a właścicielka przemiła. Wszystko na plus,poza małymi minusami🙂ale na krotki termin ok.

Lokalizacja dobra, ale jakość pokoi jak dla mnie porażka :)

Dokonując rezerwacji zależało mi na dwóch łóżkach i tak też było na zdjęciu jedno duże i kanapa, po wejściu do środka okazało się że było tylko jedno duże łóżko. Nie byłam zadowolona, wysłałam maila na którego nie dostałam odpowiedzi. Jeżeli macie kilka pokoi, to posortujcie to tak żeby nie wprowadzać nikogo w błąd :)

Lokalizacja to jedyny plus.

Wynajęłam „apartament”, licząc się z tym, że będzie to niewielki pokoik z sofą, nie przeszkadzało mi to, myśląc o dobrej lokalizacji, 325 zł za dobę i co w zamian? Zacznę od brudnych ścian, które nie były chyba malowane od początku istnienia hotelu, pajęczyny i czarne koty kurzu w kątach, wykładzina zniszczona, brudna, nawet nie próbowałam stanąć na niej w skarpetkach…Poduszki pamiętają chyba czasy wojny… W łazience czekały na mnie w połowie zużyte dwie rolki papieru po poprzednich gościach i grzyb na ścianie w miejscu gdzie mogłam powiesić ręczniki. Nie wiem czy tylko mi się trafił taki syf, w każdym razie przestrzegam przed tym miejscem.
