Great location, huge apartment!

Location was excellent. Huge apartment just off the main high street. Safe and secure with a balcony perfect for sunny afternoons with a glass of wine!

The keycode pad was broken off meaning we could not get access to the main building. Had to phone several times but couldnt get through to anyone. Eventually some other people in the building let us in. However, this wouldn't stop me from stopping again and would still defo recommend.

Apartment was very clean Ann location was just perfect .

First message send direct you to the different location to pick up the keys to find out that key is in the lock box next to the apartment . There was no WiFi on first night due to modem power cable missing , on day 3 someone was trying to get in to the apartment as though we are checking out (there was no modification to the booking during our stay, booked for 5 nights ) bed mattress was visibly damaged and bed sheet did not fit on the bed . Place have huge potential but there is room for improvement.

The Property was clean, but was an Old Building and the hall and Entrance not that clean.

Far away from Monte Cassino, when we booked the place it was showing just around the corner but in fact was about 15 min walk.

Very poor

This is almost a scam , coz when we ordered we thought that we got an apartment by the beach and near the center but it takes 15 mins to walk to the beach and to the center. This is an agency they dont have their own apartments , these are private persons renting their apartments and you have to check the address when you book , very misleading . The manager was not very helpful when we complained about this , we can cancel but no refund he said . The idea of collecting the key to their office and delivering it again to that office was very stressfull , specially you have luggages . It was not possible to check out after 10 am , The apartment is very old and no elevator that we had to carry our heavy luggages to the stairs . It was newly renovated but no electric fan so it was very hot n impossible to sleep . Overall the apartment was ok but far from the beach n center . The staff specially the manager was not helpful when u have complains or request. Its not worth the money . Always check the address before you book .

Sopot is a great location for a short stay

The overall location, cleanliness and facilities.

Misleading communication regarding time of key collection. Difficult access to the apartment with luggage. Unhelpful when dropping keys off and requesting help for a taxi, apparently downtown offer that service of calling a taxi.

spacious with a great location. liked it that it had 2 bathrooms as we were 5 people travelling.

didn’t like the idea of picking up the key from somewhere else and returning -could have just put them in a letter box as we’re leaving early morning catching flight! ! didn’t like the idea of only 1 set of keys as with groups of people not necessarily go together everywhere. beds weren’t that comfortable , no shower gel/ shampoo ( it is basics now in any apartments ). apartment was a little bit dirty. 3 proper glasses only -which is also poor hospitality. ( don’t expect people to bring own glasses? )

There was some problem with hot water, we have taken shower with cold water, on wash basin there was hot water but on shower we tried but we didn't get hot water.

Great for a quick weekend trip

Beautiful apartment, just 10 mins on foot away from Bohaterow Montecassino (the pedestrian street leading to the beach). Don’t be discouraged by the construction site in front of the house - you can’t hear anything! We really liked the apartment a lot! It was ideal for our little family :)

The beds are the cheapest IKEA beds in the catalogue including thin mattresses. Sleeping comfort was not good and every toss and turn was loud and squeaky. Checking in and out is a bit of a hassle as you have to pick up the keys and return them from an office in another street (about 15 mins walk from the apartment). It doesn’t matter what time you leave (our flight back was at 6am for example) - there is no exception. You have to bring the keys to that office location, too. That was a bit off-putting.

The flat was really good, but it took to much time to get things fixed, which was broken.

The entré was really trashy. Needs to be renovated. I could not see any fire alarms anywhere ? I never got the bags for the vacuum machine ?

the place is very close to the beach and apx 20 minutes from Monciak, Main Street of Sopot.

Clean and spacious apartment, well located and clean. Can be improved by air conditioning.

Well located, spacious and comfortable, the concierge was nice. Good planning for a family stay, clean.

The apartment was really hot with no ventilator or air con. There were also not enough towels (only 1 per person) and not enough toilet paper for 4 people.

Good location, big apartment with plenary of space for a family with two kids.

The place was a bit run down, it wasn’t clean at all. The water in the shower wasn’t draining well, the mattresses were dirty, musty smell, light bulb fixed with masking tape etc. Definitely not as nice as the photos show.

The staff was very friendly

In my opinion price was too high for quality. It was not really clean, and furnitures were old or damaged, and the appartment was different from the pictures. Hard to know what you are paying for, because there are thousands of apartment pictures. Here we had the apartment with the living room and bed all together, but the ad was mentioning 2 single beds + one double bed. We understood the double bed was the sofa, so not very honest...
