A necessidade de subir 4 lances íngremes de escada, ter ar condicionado mas não ter os controles (ou seja, mesma coisa que não ter ar condicionado), água super fraca no chuveiro, apto mal iluminado.

The apartment was comfortable and centrally located.

The fridge position was interesting!

Spacious, airy & comfortably furnished retreat a stone's throw from all the attractions we wanted to explore. The staff were very helpful and prompt whenever we needed anything.

We had some confusion about the key pickup location initially.

Location is great, close to everything. Apartment is spacious and has nice big windows in the living room.

Apartment is on the third floor with very steep stairs, no elevator. Pillows were very uncomfortable, mine in particular was thin like a pancake. We cannot control the apartment temperature, I asked about it and they said they could change the temperature if I wanted. I believe that guests need to be able to control the temperature according to their own comfort. Also, there was no paper towel, towel or napkins in the kitchen, we looked everywhere! This was really annoying, we ate pizza one night and couldn’t clean the table or our hands. I wouldn’t stay here again.
