Vigna Nuova Suites

The location was unbeatable. The apartment itself was spacious. The host was very kind and gave us a list of recommendations around town. She was very communicative about check in and check out. Free coffee and toiletries were provided.

The bed was pretty hard. But there were lots of blankets provided that we laid out to make it softer. The dryer was incredibly loud when it was running. But there was a drying rack provided and the dryer did not turn off when we left the apartment and took the key out of the wall. So we were able to run it before we left which helped. The hot water ran out quickly, so we had to take quick micro showers. Luckily the hot water tank refilled quickly so we didn’t have to wait a long time between showers. The host gave us a heads up about the dryer and the hot water which was nice, so we felt prepared and were not super bothered by it.

We stayed at this lovely studio apartment in the heart of Florence and couldn't have asked for a better location. It's just a 3-minute walk from Piazza della Repubblica. You can easily walk to pretty much every major sight in the city. The apartment itself was bright, clean and spacious, everything was comfortable and well thought out. Our hostess, Andrea, and her husband Lorenzo, were absolutely wonderful. Andrea was always available whenever we had a question, and gave us fantastic restaurant recommendations that made our trip even better.

For us, the mattress was too soft, but it didn't affect the overall experience

Everything is neat. The host is great and explained everything within apartment and also best sightseeing and restaurants.

Nothing

In order to check in, we had to coordinate with the owner of the apartment to give us a tour of the apartment and give us the key. It was very difficult to coordinate the meeting and the issue became very cumbersome during the day and caused a lot of stress.

Check-out at 10:30 a.m. There is no place to store belongings and the walking distance from the train is very long.
