整體清潔，內裝嶄新，電視、機上盒、喇叭、廚具、等應有盡有，備品也齊全，房間大小正常，不像一般的日式商務旅館那麼小，都是彈簧床，每個房間都有各自的大衣架與每個人都會有個毛毯，還有個可以蔭乾雪具、洗衣服的房間。
若有任何問題，傳訊息與工作人員聯繫，回復速度不慢，且有需要時，會直接到小屋登門幫忙。
如果雪具房間裡有瓦斯型之類的暖爐就好了，比較可以烤乾雪具用品，因為是抽風機乾燥模式，所以非表面、蓋住的地方或是比較厚的衣物不容易乾。

The staff were truly exceptional. They picked us up from the station and even took us to the supermarket and convenience store for no extra cost.
Great property and very comfortable for our two-night stay.
The only minor issue was the beer tap; it seemed to pour mostly foam, so we struggled to get a perfect glass. It might have been our technique…

Incredible service. We were picked up from the station and dropped off at the chalet. The accommodation itself was beautiful and incredibly convenient being a close walk to a popular bus stop. I'd highly recommend this accommodation.
