The house was great - clean, large and warm. Location was well situated close to town and various ski mountains with car access. Super helpful staff went above and beyond when we ran into car issues and provided extensive help with our travel difficulties.

Location is good, very close to Hakuba Goryu and 47 ski area. Staffs are very responsive, they provided immediate assistance to us when we need help at night to remove the snow on the parking lane.
There’s small insects inside the house and the hair in the bath tube was not removed after the last stay and stuck.
