Big villa, perfect for a group of friends. Absolutely fantastic view and set up. Fridge was decent size, coffee machine and coffee drip were there too. Oven wouldn't heat up above 160 degrees, but we mostly ate out. We used taxi (Bolt) to travel to and from Funchal centre. Great place to stay for a longer period of time if you want to.
More pillows and towels would be nice. One of the bedrooms has slightly unpleasant smell from the drains. Overall, these are small, miscellanous things which could be improved.

Beautiful large villa, perfect for a group or large family. The villa was a great design with most rooms opening out to the pool area. Located in upper Funchal. Ubers and bolts costing approximately £5 to get to the centre. Bed were comfy and all rooms were en-suite.
Alonso the estate manager was excellent and always on hand to support and get everything fixed.Villa, sheets and bedding were immaculate.
Pool area was muddy due to sprinklers not working. Kitchen poor due to some appliances not working, no juicer, oven not heating past 160 degrees. This only affected us once as we ate out most of the time. BBQ very dirty and smoky and not located well so chef was isolated. Pool always didn’t heat

Es war alles wunderbar. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gross und die Aussicht traumhaft. Ebenso natürlich das Pool. Wir können das Casa Roc in Madeira nur weiterempfehlen!

Mobilier invechit in anunite camere, propoape uzate si refuz de schimbare, curățenie precara la bucatarie.
