Al Mirase Villa

Very private and spacious villa, great outdoors , Nice home however not well maintained.

I would appreciate being reimbursed for the house cleaning charge for the following reasons: The cleanliness of the house upon arrival was horrible !!!!! Finger stains everywhere ( kitchen cupboard surfaces, windows, patio doors, shower doors, mirrors and metal toilet flusher. Towels bathroom stained!!! Totally gross !!! Bathrooms: not properly cleaned. Stains on toilet bowl, hair from previous tenants on floor and bathroom counter. I had to do some cleaning before settling in !!!! Toilets Floors: stains. Air conditioning: did not work properly, 1st floor bedroom had NO air conditioning. Not properly instructed on how operate air conditioning. Only 1 set of keys to access property is not enough for 2 cars. Clicker batteries were weak. Dishwasher bottom panel was broken. Ana DeSousa, our host does not speak English and was not very helpful.
