Location Problem and Noise

Clean, good furnished, with balcony

- common toilet for 3 rooms, no slippers provided to move around. - location was also problem with public transport — no location of this hotel in the google maps — 7 minute to bus the bus stop — busses are every half an hour, on sundays every hour — koblenz bus service does not support routing through google maps, and the website they provide for routing is little of use, with bugs and poor usability — no grocery stores nearby, so providing a kitchen is not meaningful. REWE was 13 minutes of walking, but it works between 09:00-17:00 and closed 2 days a week - Noise problem, we arrived on Friday around 3pm to have 1 hour rest, but exactly at this time — somebody started hammering the wall, which lasted around half an hour! — close neighbor started trimming their lawn — The cooler inside room is also makes quite noise when it turns on and off. — all doors (room and toilet) close loudly, everybody need to be careful when closing door

It’s a room with shared bathroom and kitchen not an apartment!

I had to share the Appartement with 4 other unknown people!

There was no drinking water and the WiFi was super slow! I had to wait for the bathroom as I was sharing it with 4 other people Same with the kitchen Too much money for a room with shared bathroom with so many people! Don’t book

Bien decorado, buena ubicación y bien el aparcamiento

El baño no estaba limpio, el frigorífico tampoco, no hay gel de ningún tipo ni para lavar los platos. Las toallas eran pequeñas, el edredón no tenía funda. La cocina no esta equipada para cocinar ni tiene platos suficientes para 3 habitaciones. Tampoco había basura para tirar desechos. La gestión es mala

Ein Aufenthalt ohne sich verpflegen zu wollen ist akzeptabel.

Das gebuchte Zimmer war in Ordnung. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend. Hinweise und Bedienungsanleitungen waren ausreichend vorhanden Organisation des Kühlschrankes ist gut.

Das Zimmer ist sehr hellhörig. Jedes Geräusch oder Gespräch ausserhalb des Zimmers ist zu hören. Das Badezimmer, insbesondere die Dusche waren sehr schmutzig und nach meiner Beurteilung wochenlang nicht gründlich gereinigt worden. Die Perlatoren der Wasserhähne sind völlig verstopft, im Bad wie in der Küche. 2 völlig zerkratze Pfannen und ein Topf waren vorhanden, Eine Kanne für Tee oder Kaffee zu kochen waren nicht vorhanden .Ein Stopfen fürs Spülbecken, und ein Mülleimer fehlten. Die Küchentücher waren auch schon länger in Gebrauch. Mit viel Fantasie habe ich mir ein Frühstück und Abendessen zubereiten können.

Beschissen, Dusche Schimmel, Fremde Menschen nicht Apartment was wir wollten

Das 3 Parteien in einer Wohnung sind stand nicht in der Beschreibung. 40 >Grad im Dachgeschoss und mann kann wegen den Leuten nicht die Tür nachts auflassen. Haben Terassen Türe aufgelassen und am Sonntag Nacht um 4:15 Stand ein Femder Mann im Zimmer und hat bei meinem Sohn an den Füßen gezogen. Mein Sohn rief nach mir und ich habe ihn Rausgeschmissen. Die Nacht war Vorbei für unsd und wir sind um 6:40 Aufgebrochen. Danke dafür eine Frechheit auch die Dusche mit Schimmel.
