Wonderful hotel in a great location in beautiful Viterbo. We arrived by car with our baby, and it was very convenient to use the hotel’s parking space (extra charge). The hotel also has a lift, which was very helpful for us.
It is located right in the heart of Viterbo’s historic centre, making it easy to explore everything on foot.
The staff were lovely and very helpful, and the room was extremely clean, comfortable, and pleasant to stay in.

This is nice hotel and the staff was fantastic. The rooms were clean and modern. The hotel is located in an excellent location in Viterbo, where you can walk to everything. We will definitely stay at Palazzo Ubertini again!

The hotel was in a perfect location, and the room was very comfortable. The staff were very helpful in making recommendations for restaurants close to the hotel and for when we drove to nearby towns. They also very accommodating in assuring we had a parking space for our car, even though I had not advised them in advance we would need parking.
The lobby is very pretty and welcoming, my only suggestion would be for there to be more activity in the evening,

We were on a driving holiday for two weeks in Italy. This was the only place we stayed for two nights. Mainly, that's because Viterbo is an amazing gem of a city but this set of suites were spotless, comfortable, large, and had a nice balcony with a good view in the heart of the town. Staff friendly. Tip: hold the card key horizontally not vertically against the reader. It works more reliably!
