Wonderful Hotel and Friendly Staff

This is nice hotel and the staff was fantastic. The rooms were clean and modern. The hotel is located in an excellent location in Viterbo, where you can walk to everything. We will definitely stay at Palazzo Ubertini again!

We loved staying at the Palazzo Ubertini and look forward to going back in the future!

The hotel was in a perfect location, and the room was very comfortable. The staff were very helpful in making recommendations for restaurants close to the hotel and for when we drove to nearby towns. They also very accommodating in assuring we had a parking space for our car, even though I had not advised them in advance we would need parking.

The lobby is very pretty and welcoming, my only suggestion would be for there to be more activity in the evening,

This very comfortable suite is a safe, clean, stylish place from which to see Viterbo.

We were on a driving holiday for two weeks in Italy. This was the only place we stayed for two nights. Mainly, that's because Viterbo is an amazing gem of a city but this set of suites were spotless, comfortable, large, and had a nice balcony with a good view in the heart of the town. Staff friendly. Tip: hold the card key horizontally not vertically against the reader. It works more reliably!

Beautiful, modern hotel in an old palazzo with a super friendly and helpful staff.

There wasn't any breakfast but that was fine. There was a cafe at the corner. Staff was pleasant and very helpful. Hotel is beautiful - wonderful, very modern renovation of an old palazzo. Also, very clean.

Small thing: the hangers- plastic- too weak to hold coats and no hangers for men to hang trousers.

Superb quality for money

It's simply superb, everything is to the point. One of the most comfortable stays I've had so far. And the staff is super friendly and attentive. Would only ever go here when in Viterbo again.

This is a wonderful small, central hotel with a great staff, you will enjoy your stay here!

Clean and comfortable rooms with enough beds for my two daughters and my husband and me. Central location. Excellent staff who assisted us with arranging transportation to and from a wedding and to the airport and train station. Also gave great recommendations for hair stylist, restaurants and tourist attractions. Gracious, friendly and helpful. Delightful people! Nice welcome breakfast basket. Good coffee maker.

The stairs in the rooms are very steep, but that can't be avoided because of the space and how it is divided to include a loft bedroom. The bathroom shower design also wasn't perfect as the door couldn't be opened without spreading water over the floor, which we had to dry with the bath mat. No tissues for the nose or makeup removal were provided.

Great location - easy to access some of the main sites of Viterbo. The room itself was very nice and comfortable, everything seems very new. I had a great welcome and staff is very friendly and nice.

Beautiful historic building, restored with all modern amenities. The property is in the perfect location with the ancient walled city of Viterbo!

The only small detail we didn’t like, was that the temperature was hard to control in our first room. However, they were kind enough to have one of the staff come after hours to move us to a new room which was the perfect temperature. The next day they even treated us to breakfast at a local coffee shop to make up for our trouble, which they didn’t need to do! What amazing service!

Great hotel. The beds are comfortable. The shower has some of the best water pressure we have seen

They gave us a really nice breakfast basket in the room. And the coffee machine was very nice.

We need to learn to work the A/C. It was chilly outside but too warm in the room. We just opened the windows which was fine but need to learn how to work the A/C as it can get noisy in the morning.

Perfectly renovated stay in great location with wonderful staff.

The property is in a 16th century or so building but has been renovated to perfection. The rooms are wonderful and fully modern. They feel brand new. The bathrooms are excellent. The staff, particularly Manuela, were just wonderfully helpful. Could not have been better.

Had a great stay and possibility to park our bicycles we arrived on. Very comfortable and modern. We never watch television in a hotel but these have chromecast with Netflix, +1.
