Our home is ideal for those seeking cleanliness, comfort, authenticity, and tranquility, with the ONE convenience all guests adore: free parking right under the house.
While many Italian towns can be challenging for international travelers due to restricted traffic zones (ZTL) and limited parking, here you will have the privilege of parking your car directly under the house. We are located just outside the ZTL and offer a private, free parking space right in front of our garages. Arrive, turn off the engine, and forget the car. From here, the city is explored on foot, with history accompanying you at every step.
Check‑in is done in person by appointment, with a smile, offering all the support you need and ensuring a safe and peaceful stay from the very first moment.
If necessary, we also provide a convenient self check‑in system with a secure lockbox.
To comply with Italian regulations, upon arrival we will ask for your ID documents for mandatory registration on the Ministry of the Interior portal.
It will also be necessary to pay the tourist tax for the Municipality of Viterbo in cash, which is: €2.70 per person for up to 3 nights. Children under 16 are exempt from payment.
