Very convenient. Apartment had everything. Little things provided, like toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets, clothes washing needs etc. Host available for advice and responded quickly. convenience within Viterbo.

We liked the modern and clean Apartment a lot and felt very welcome! It is very lovely decorated and little thoughtful details make everyone feel very welcome. Stefano was very friendly and helpful sending Fotos and directions of parking - spaces for example. We would happily give 12 points if it was possible.

Motociclisti non fatevelo scappare. Se torneremo da quelle parti lo affitterò di nuovo

Alloggio bellissimo arredato con molto buon gusto. Motociclisti segnatevelo perché trovare un appartamento in centro con box moto privato chiuso a chiave vale sicuramente le due rampe di scale un po’ ripide! Non lasciatevelo sfuggire se siete nei dintorni. Posizione comodissima per visitare la città e per entrare ed uscire dalla suddetta. Provvisto di tutto il necessario, ampio al punto giusto. Complimenti a chi lo ha arredato. Lavatrice con lavaggio rapido super comodo per noi che come tutti i motociclisti abbiamo bagaglio ridotto.

Ok voglio trovargli un difetto perché altrimenti non mi credete…… il divano non è molto comodo 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Najlepszy apartament we Włoszech

Byliśmy w 4 apartamentach we Włoszech podczas tej podróży o podobnym standardzie i ocenie na booking.com, ten bije je na głowę, klimatyzacja chłodzi bardzo szybko i dobrze, mają uroczy balkon w widokiem na stare miasto, 5metrów od wejścia do budynku znajduje się najlepsza pizzeria w Viterbo. W pokoju było wszystko, a nawet więcej niż potrzeba podczas podróży, szczoteczki do zębów, pasta do butów, nitka i igłą. W pełni wyposażona kuchnia, co sobie wymyślisz to tam jest. Do tego apartament jest bardzo nowy. My spóźniliśmy się 30 minut z check in, nie było klopotu.

Ottima posizione, ha due passi dal centro storico. Personale gentile e cordiale. Struttura pulita e arredata con tutti i comfort. Dispone di ambi spazi e di arredamento funzionale.

Personalmente consiglierei di controllare gli spifferi delle finestre e rendere sonorizzate le pareti in quanto si riesce a sentire i suoi dei piani adiacenti privando la privacy. Una nota dolente è la ripidita’ della scala per arrivare al piano, particolare da mettere in evidenza nella descrizione della struttura poiché ciò rende inidoneo il soggiorno per persone con difficoltà motorie o con vertigini.

Bell'appartamento molto curato anche nei minimi particolari e pulito ..... esterno e interno molto carino illuminazione e riscaldamento perfetti e dentro non manca veramente nulla...... anche un piccolo balconcino che ti fa sentire in centro .... e il proprietario molto gentile.. da tenere sempre in considerazione.... posizione ottima per visitare il centro e parcheggio gratuito abbastanza vicino ... lo consiglio per chi vuole soggiornare a Viterbo

ho messo una faccina in meno per il confort ma non per l'appartamento che è fantastico, ma solo per le scale un po ripide ma è facile trovarle nelle strutture al centro ....

Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente

Ho apprezzato molto il gusto con cui è stato arredato l'appartamento, che ha dato un tocco di originalità. L'ambiente è accogliente, oltre ad essere dotato di ogni possibile comfort. Altro punto di forza è la collocazione in pieno centro che permette di visitare la città a piedi e di rientrare facilmente. I proprietari sono stati molto disponibili e gentili.
