Excellent value- cool apartment in town center

It was easy to find, in a convenient location for walking to places. parking was close by. The apartment is unique and has a cool style. It was very clean, the bedrooms both a decent size. Loved the large windows! having a washer and dryer was great! nice touches providing soaps, games and water

This is a purely personal preference, we would have preferred a small sofa to the two chairs in the living space.

Il cattivo odore rovina tutto il resto

L’appartamento è molto grazioso e arredato con gusto. L’ambiente è caldo e accogliente con camere spaziose con arredi minimal ma funzionali. La cucina è ben attrezzata e i proprietari molto carini nel lasciare qualcosa per la colazione.

All’ingresso c’è un odore di fogna nauseabondo che poi si propaga in tutti gli ambienti, i profumatori non fanno che peggiorare la situazione. Il bagno è molto piccolo. Consiglierei di mettere un piccolo divano al posto delle due sedie anche abbastanza scomode. Il portone d’ingresso molto difficile da chiudere sia dall’interno che dall’esterno. L’appartamento si trova in zona ZTL, difficile trovare parcheggio se non molto lontano e con i bambini piccoli non è per niente comodo.

Appartement très bien situé, très accessible si vous arrivez en train. Vous pouvez marcher jusqu'au centre et c'est un quartier très sûr. L'appartement a deux portes qui sécurisent l'endroit et est très protégé et calme. Le personnel et l'hôte sont très attentifs et serviables, ils répondent vraiment rapidement et c'est précieux. L'endroit est bien équipé ! Ce fut un plaisir d'y séjourner ! Nous reviendrons certainement.

Una delle migliori strutture (non alberghiera) che ho usato in Italia.

Struttura elegante e pulitissima. Addirittura accappatoio per tutti. Aria condizionata accesa prima del nostro arrivo ci ha permesso di trovare un ambiente fresco eccezionale. Tanti e buoni prodotti disponibili gratuitamente per la colazione.

Soggiorno tranquillo in appartamento confortevole sotto tutti i punti di vista

Appartamento bello e spazioso, con travi in legno e muro divisorio con conci lapidei a vista. Ottima posizione per visite in città. Arredamento curato in stile moderno, dotazione come da descrizione Booking. Dispensa ben fornita di prodotti confezionati dolci da colazione e di bevande (anche con vetrinetta di rinomati vini, ovviamente extra contratto d'affitto). Host reperibile in tempi brevissimi anche via WhatsApp. Persona gentile, disponibile e premurosa sia per assistenza domestica che per consigli sul territorio e sullo shopping di zona.

Sarebbero opportuni dei tendoni scuri alle finestre delle due camere da letto per smorzare la luce del mattino.

Struttura molto pulita e in posizione comoda. L’appartamento è dotato di ogni comfort, accessori e prodotti per la pulizia. Se dovessi trovare un piccolo difetto, il bagno che non avendo finestre non aveva una perfetta areazione per gli odori degli scarichi
