The freezer was totally frozen over. We defrosted a couple of containers but looks like it hadn’t been checked for a very long time a few pegs would be helpful and a little later check out would be helpful Wifi password incorrect as used capital X and O should have been small x and number 0

Larger groups may prefer somewhere with more than one bathroom. There was four of us so not an issue.

The three bedrooms were very good and the facilities downstairs were also good.

Ideal for Cotswolds

Location location location. Pleasant stone 3 storey cottage that was clean and adequate. Just a couple of minutes walk from the church and shop. Some nice footpath walks around the village and countryside. Good village shop and cafe. A great base for visiting the area. . Interesting book in the property about the history of Blockley

Steep stair narrow and twisty. Dampish smell in 1st floor bedroom..noticeable but not off putting..probably bare floorboards been mopped.

Beautiful cottage but does need updating. I'd stay there again.

The cottage was really lovely, Great to be able to have a fire. Lovely location. Bathroom nice.

The matresses weren't too comfy. It would be useful to put in the write up to bring your own logs/kindling & matches as they are expensive to buy locally.

Relaxing and lovely :-)

Perfect location to go and see the lovely villages & towns nearby in the Cotswolds. The beds & sofa very comfy to relax on/sleep in! Yard outside is lovely with garden furniture

The information file could be a bit better with info on local area & bits in the house. Unfortunately the house could have been cleaner, lots of dust around and crumbs on the kitchen worktops. Bath had hairs in & bath plug extremely blocked, i could have had a bath in the depth if water there was in the shower!

very nice cottage overall,just a few little niggles.

good cottage, very good location for all Cotswold attractions .perfect for a short stay in a beautiful part of the country.

The kitchen utensils were dirty not what you needed when you first arrive. stairs were difficult very steep and narrow as with an old house if you had mobility problems you would be in trouble. parking outside is fine if there are any spaces the parking overall very limited.
