Location of the property can not be more central. The living room and kitchen were very well equipped. With almost nothing missing.

The bathroom is tiny, and so is the water boiler. In summer that may be refreshing, but a 5-minute shower is too short even for a man. I can't imagine a woman trying to wash her hair. There’s zero space to put or hang toiletries. I ended up buying and gluing two hooks to the wall just to hang my clothes and towel. Water is splashing all over the room due to a bad design of the shower. Very poor insulation, both in the windows (hot in summer, cold in winter) and toward the neighbours — you can hear discussions, music, and even their love life — as well as through the entry door. Internet is also very poor. The bedroom is tiny with nowhere to put your things. The bad linen seams different size than the pillow and duvet. There is just one bedside board. The cupboard contains some cleaning supplies, so not usable for storage. Everything is of the cheapest possible make. After a fire in the apartment below this, I contacted the landlord by email. No response to this day, a month later. This place has great potential, but it's clearly unloved by the owner or the managing company. Same goes for the guests.
