I can highly recommend this place. We had a problem with our booking on the day of arrival, and Zaman quickly managed to arrange a room for us at another location, a better and more central one than we had originally booked, while keeping the same price. In the morning, the manager came to ask if everything was fine. Such service, hospitality, and humanity made our stay even better than expected.

Exceptionally kind staff and very clean room. Breakfast was scheduled for later, but the host went out of his way to prepare me coffee and a small breakfast anyway since I had to leave early for work.
Everything was good. Small issue with the toilet which was immediately solved by the host.

Amazing staff! We were treated so nice by the staff. He was patient, welcoming and attentive. He made sure we knew if we needed anything. We were guided by him to know the entrance.
Shower outside the bathroom, not enough toilet paper (but extra granted on the lobby), our room didn’t have access to internet. Slow internet as well.
