The owner was very nice and welcoming, he waited for us at the door when we arrived at 2am and helped us with the luggage, which was very very kind from him

Really good place to stay, well communicated with city-centre. Extremely friendly host. Nice breakfast included in the already very affordable price. A lot of conveniences around - shops, restaurants, multiple bus/tram stops.
Beds could be a more comfortable. Obviously it's a room with shared bathroom - so it has its own cons

Clean bathroom and rooms, localisation
I was feeling here like on a school trip, we came at night to the hotel and we we were just talking very VERY quietly - 2 times we were advising to be quiet and to not talk. We did not make any party, we just talking very quietly which was even forbidden. I felt like a child - it was not the point of booking vacation. Advise your guests before coming that talking is forbidden. Also it was so hot in the rooms that we completely could not sleep. The fan that was here was not colding at all. In Italy were each flat has AC it should be guarantee. Also the breakfast is very poor - everyday just toast, boiled eggs ham and cheese. Any fruits or vegetables where in Italy it is very cheap and just a tomato should be on breakfast.
