Hostess Elizabeta was exceptional. Extremely helpful in planning our tour of the city, excellent breakfast and all around very pleasant. I highly recommend Casa Eli.

Onwijs fijne B&B locatie. Elisabetta is de fijnste gastvrouw die je je kunt wensen op vakantie. Van tevoren contact zodat de reis goed verloopt, persoonlijke ontvangst inclusief uitleg over openbaar vervoer en de mooiste plekken om te bezoeken. Ze is altijd bereikbaar voor vragen over alles omtrent het verblijf en de stad en denkt super fijn met je mee. Elisabetta is een ontzettend lieve vrouw met veel liefde en passie voor haar B&B, en dat merk je aan alles. Het verblijf is super schoon, modern en comfortabel. Het ontbijt was heerlijk. Vooral de home made desserts waren fantastisch. De ligging was ook perfect. Ver genoeg van het centrum om ‘s avonds geen last te hebben van rumoer, maar de aansluiting op het openbaar vervoer is goed en je bent snel in het centrum. Al met al een geweldig verblijf gehad. Een volgende keer zou ik hier zeker weer boeken!

The room and bathroom were very clean, and Elisabetta was kind, welcoming, and helpful with recommendations about Rome. The place felt safe and well cared for.

The accommodation felt much more like staying in someone’s private apartment than a typical B&B, with very little privacy. The shared hallway/kitchen area was extremely small, and guests could not prepare or store their own food. Breakfast was much simpler than expected, mostly consisting of toast bread, packaged cakes/sweets, coffee, and occasionally an egg. We were also asked to speak quietly during breakfast if other guests were sleeping. The biggest issue was the poor sound insulation between rooms. We were repeatedly woken up during the night by noise from neighboring guests and did not sleep well during our stay. The mattresses were also very hard, and the bathroom lacked practical details such as hooks and electrical outlets. In addition, the location was farther from central Rome and public transportation than we expected.
