Staff were friendly and efficient and spoke enough English to assist us. Rooms were very clean. Hotel was quiet. Close to subway station.
The beds were a bit hard.

Comfortable, clean, at few steps from Tozai line of metro station. Staff speaking English and very helpful. Complementary good coffee for guests and a great experience for us. The rooms are small, but this is Tokyo. I loved that i could open even a little bit the window.
