Wonderful apartment with a great location.

The apartment was nicely decorated and very comfortable. The shower was great. It had a small kitchen which had everything that you needed too. The location was also good with some good bars and restaurants in the near. Checking in was also super easy and the owner was super helpful too!

The mattress was a little too firm but other than that everything was great.

Lovely base in Koblenz. Would return again!

Right by a bus stop and in front of a very popular bakery. The location is great - not far from the train station on a nice street. The room is spacious with a well functional kitchen.

Would be great to provide shampoo and shower gel - not sure if we missed reading from the instruction.

Gem Near Koblenz Train Station

Excellent location a few blocks from the train station. Secured building and seamless check-in from easy to access lockbox. Newly remodeled apartment with nice shower. Strong WiFi.

1). No elevator service - it was a bit challenging carrying our small suitcases to the 4th floor. 2) No laundry facilities. 3) No soap/shampoo in shower.

Disappointing stay

We liked the convenience and the location of the property as it is directly opposite a bus stop.

1) We were feeling cold in the night and the room's thermostat was not easily visible as it was hidden behind the TV. No information was provided regarding that. 2) The smart TV provided was not able to connect to the Wifi provided by the property and neither was it able to connect to our Phones and since we are inrernational people, we couldn't really watch anything apart from German cable TV. Something wrong with the TV settings but was disappointing overall. 3) The bathroom did not have any soap or body wash to take a shower with. That was the most disappointing aspect of our stay. Either it was kept somewhere out of sight or the property completely forgot to provide it. 4) Due to all these reasons, the stay was not good value for the money that we paid.

Very close to main train station. Whole apartment was spotless and very nicely decorated. Hosts communicated well and easy to enter via contactless code, so ideal for late arrivals.

Would have been nice to be warned that there is no lift in the property, especially as there is no staff on hand to help you heave your heavy luggage up 4 flights of stairs...!

A lovely property in a good location, but avoid if you are sensitive to strong scents.

Roomy. Tastefully appointed. Across the street from a wonderful bakery. Safe bike storage. Easy communication with the host. Clear instructions on how to get into the apartment.

Modern studio apartment near train station

The apartment was stifling and very hot, despite opening windows and using the fan provided, we slept very badly because of this. There were some usual essentials missing: no iron, shampoo or shower gel which I would expect in an apartment. Be aware there is no lift so lots of stairs to our apartment 8 on the fourth floor.

I would recommend.

The host Maria is super nice and reactive. The instruction is clear and accurate. The room is clean and well decorated. Also very comfortable. You have almost all facilities including kitchen and fridge. Wifi is also good. You have also view of a nice back garden. It is close to the train station and outside you have bus stop as well.

The only missing thing for me would be shampoo and body wash since I don’t bring these personally. I have quick checked in and out then found no body wash and shampoo late night back to the room ^^´´

The location, the lay-out, the interior design, materials used were excellent.

There was no ventilation: no AC nor fan present in a hot summer season. We barely slept. Afterwards Maria told me that I could have ask for a fan by phone. I disagree because everyone knows that July and August are hot months.
