The parking oportunity in the block

It was not an airconditioning. The fan was dirty, full of dust.The room was not big enough for 4 person (even for 2 adults and 2 children) The kettle was unusable, because of the scale. The beach was only reachable by car.

It's a lil bit far from the centre, need to take a bus. There's no AC in the room.

Liked the flat very much

The location was a disappointment. The ad stated ' 5 mins de la Prom' and we thought that meant 5 minutes walk, but it was more than 5 minutes drive. Once there, the location wasn't bad - view not great

Very clean and comfortable apartment. beautiful view from window. spacious and perfectly clean washroom. kitchen has all necessary cooking and eating dishes, which is very important for us, because one of us has a 1st type diabetic. easy parking access.

The apartment was comfortable, spacious bathroom, a nice terrace, comfortable bed. The surroundings are quiet and allow for a good sleep. There is a parking slot included, which is handy as it is a good place to stay when you have a car. All amenities are included - washing machine, coffee machine, dishwasher, etc. There is Netflix available. Eric, the host, is super helpful and accommodating.

Parking facile, résidence calme, logement très propre. Bons conseils du propriétaire, guide du logement très bien réalisé.

Literie de mauvaise qualité, canapé convertible déconseillé au couchage. Dommage que nous ayons séjourné en pleine période de canicule… sans climatisation et avec un ventilateur trop juste.

Açıkçası sadece ev sahibine sevdik kibar ve ilgiliydi ücretsiz otoparkı vardi ve kahve makinesi mevcuttu ama onun dışındaki hiçbir şeyi beğenmedik

Öncelikle yatak çok konforsuzdu içeri doğru çöküyordu ve nevresimler kirliydi yastigin altında kum taneleri vardı Duşta iki kişi banyo yaptığında ikinci kişi yeterli su kalmıyordu sicak su giderek azalıyordu evde çamaşır makinesi var ama hiçbir şekilde eve güneş gelmediği için tamamen gölge ve nemli bir alanda kaldığı için çamaşırlarımız asla kurumuyordu ve evin içindeki rutubet sanırım yangın sensörünü tetikliyor gece aniden sensör yanıyordu bunu ev sahibine ilettik o da ilk defa olduğunu söyledi ancak her gece 2-3 kez yangın sensörüne kalktık bu çok rahatsız ediciiydi çok fazla seyahat eden biriyim ve açıkçası ilk defa bu kadar konforsuz bir yerde kaldım ve dört gün kaldığımız için bu çok rahatsız ediciydi

Bien pour un court séjour

Super accueil, l’appartement est comme sur les photos. Nous l’avions choisi pour sa proximité avec ma famille. La terrasse et l’aménagement de l’appart sont sympa

Les lits et les coussins ne sont pas confortables et le peu de rangements laissé (2 tiroirs de commode et 1 demi penderie) ne laisse pas de place pour « se poser » (nous y sommes restés 4 nuits) l’armoire ne s’ouvre pas bien non plus et laisse encore moins de place pour entreposer ses affaires. Dans la salle de bain il manque de patères pour accrocher les serviettes.

Estupendo alojamiento para conocer Niza

Mobiliario moderno y limpio. Muy buen menaje para cocinar y comer. Baño amplio. Parking privado en el alojamiento. Zona muy tranquila. En coche muy cerca del paseo de los ingleses y la playa. Laurie fue muy amable en persona y por mensajes. Buena profesional. Recomendable 100x100.

Pese a tener un ventilador, si echamos en falta o bien un aire acondicionado o más ventiladores, por ejemplo de los de techo.

Ben ubicat, aparcament privat, comfortable i equipat, balcó agradable amb taula i cadires, bones instruccions per moure's i fer turisme per Niça

Feia una mica de calor per la nit tot i el ventilador (també és cert que eren uns dies de calor extrema i sense vent que no deuen ser tan habituals)

Struttura accogliente e con il necessario per trascorrere qualche giorno nella zona. Comodo il posto auto incluso nell’appartamento, e considerando i costi dei parcheggi a Nizza e’ un ottimo punto a favore. Proprietario molto cortese e disponibile

L’ho trovato un po’ troppo lontano dal centro di Nizza, ed ed è di difficile accesso se non hai la macchina.

Appartamento con parcheggio,vicino alla stazione di tramvia circa 10 min a piedi.Cmq anche in macchina se vuoi andare a visitare Vecchia Nizza, monumenti e piazze,t rovi sempre parcheggio con prezzi modesti.

Qualité du mobilier et de l'électro-ménager, courtoisie et accueil de l'hôte, place de parking sur place, propreté du logement

La chambre n'est pas isolée, donc tous les couchages sont dans la même pièce (c'était un inconvénient pour moi).
