The location was nice. Near to the beach. Nice people.
Bed was very uncomfortable. It feels like sleeping on the floor. The coffee maker was dirty when I went to use it. It had mold.

The stairs to the water … it was impossible to get into the water the stairs should be extended,

As soon as you see the view, jump in the water, explore the island across the way, find the secluded beaches, dine on the gazebo with the view of the turquoise waters and stare at the 20 million dollar complex across the way, you realize you're in paradise. With some updates and air con in the main room, I would give it a 10.

The view was spectacular. The sunsets were beautiful. Loved the location — a short ride to beach and restaurants. It was quiet.
Needs to be updated or at least a coat of paint. We felt the interior pictures from the website was misleading, I.e two complete bathrooms instead of a bath and a half
