Northwest Point Resort

Beautiful, peaceful, and exactly what I was looking for! The secluded location and uncrowded beach were perfect for relaxing after exploring the island. I loved having my morning coffee on the balcony while watching the sunrise and ending my evenings with the ocean breeze. The condo was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, reliable Wi-Fi, beach chairs, snorkel gear, and complimentary bottled water and Perrier. The only reasons I gave 4 instead of 5 stars were the dated furnishings, the inconsistent restaurant hours, and the pothole-filled road leading to the resort. That said, the seafood pasta and piña coladas were excellent, and I had no trouble navigating the road in my economy rental car. One thing I especially appreciated was that, during my week-long stay, I never encountered any stray dogs on or around the resort property, which made me feel very comfortable walking around and enjoying the beach. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, secluded getaway.

Very nice, well kept property that looks exactly like the photos on Expedia

Property itself is clean well lit at night well taken care of easy to check in and great communication with the host. Prepare for a ride to everything as it is secluded at the most northern point of the island on a horribly not paved rough sandy road so rent a jeep and prepare to drive for food coffee chalk sound turtle cove like 25 minutes to everything which I didn’t mind because of the price. Blue hills is close by and u have to drive through to get home don’t turn as I warned a few times it’s not the safest. No one bothered me and I was here alone for a few days. I would stay here again just with a 4 wheel drive suv as that 2 mile road was scary in a small rental. The beach here I hated nothing but green seaweed. Go to grace bay you will find beach access and free parking everywhere. Never ate at tides but it smelled amazing.

Our host communicated well and was responsive. The condo was clean, well stocked for all our needs, and had a phenomenal view of the preserve land and the ocean. The beach had A TON of seaweed along the waterline but it was well worth the compromise for the private beach access with no one else in sight. The water was still clear and beautiful, we saw even sea turtles right up near the shore! 10/10 would recommend, we certainly plan on coming back in the future.
