El apartamento es cómodo y tiene todo lo necesario, salvo lavavajillas. Hay dos aparatos de aire acondicionado. Tiene vistas laterales al mar. El portal está junto a locales de tardeo y vida noctura, aunque dentro del apartamento no se escucha nada.
La lavadora no funcionaba bien, informé al marcharme y supongo que no tardarán en arreglarla... las cosas se estropean. El edificio y las zonas comunes están bastante descuidados y dan un poco de mala impresión. No me facilitaron la tarjeta de acceso a la piscina comunitaria; la empresa gestora me dijo que debería estar en el apartamento pero no la vi por ninguna parte y no me dio solución.

Kjøkken er liten og primær. Vi hadde problem med tetting i dusjen på lørdag og varte ikkje fiksa før mandag Dei burge ha hatt vakt når det duka opo sånne problemer Heisen måtte vi venter lenger leilegheiten låg i 13 etasje.
