Sijainti,paitsi yöaikaan baarielämä kantautui hyvin.Tammikuun lopulla oltiin.Ilmastointi lämmitys toimi hyvin.Löytyi tarvittavat kodinkoneet. Makuuhuone oli hyvin varusteltu.Oli hyvin kodikas asunto.
Siivousaineita ei ollut et perus siivoaminen ei onnistunut.No lomalla oltiin et ei sit siivottu niinkuin kotona tapana.Olisin tietenkin toivonut perus pyyhkeitä enemmän ja keittiöliinoja. Äänet kuuluu hyvin kadulta ja naapurista.

Sijainti oli loistava, kaikki lähellä heti kun astuit ulos kadulle. Skandinaavinen sisustus oli viihtyisä.
Parveke oli pitkään varjossa ja viileä. Parvekelasitus parantaisi parvekkeen käyttöaikaa ja mukavuutta. Lämpimän veden tulo suihkuun kesti pitkän aikaa.
