This apartment is situated in the heart of Paseo Marítimo Rey de España.

This lovely apartment has one bedroom and one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy lounge.

It is situated on the 13th floor, within walking distance of everything.

At Las Palmeras you will find everything you need. It has all the necessary amenities for guests' stay, surrounded by shops, restaurants, bars. The building is on the beachfront of the Marina and 2 minutes from the train station, bus station, bars and supermarkets.

Fuengirola is perfectly situated on the Costa del Sol, on the outskirts of Málaga. It takes about 20 minutes by car from Málaga airport and only 30 minutes to Marbella and 10 minutes to La Cala or Riviera.

It is a perfect complex for holidays due to its perfect location. The pool opening may vary from year to year. Please check before booking.

A considerable amount of unwashed dirty dishes.



Accumulation of rubbish within the accommodation. It is the guest's responsibility to dispose of rubbish in the street containers indicated in the guide before departure.



Irreversible damage to towels and bedding (makeup, creams, chemical products).

External Works and Third Parties: We cannot be held responsible for continuous dirt (such as dust or debris on terraces and external areas) or noise or disturbances caused by construction works, renovations or maintenance carried out outside the property by third parties (adjacent plots, neighbouring properties or public roads). As these are activities outside our control, we have no authority over their schedules or intensity, and their existence will not entitle you to refunds or compensation.

The location of the property is very well situated being very near the main bus station and the train station as well as having direct access to the sea front and promenade.The apartment is functional and reasonably well appointed with good kitchen facilities to enable simple meal preparation.A good size TV although without access to live TV stations except a few which were available via apps.Security is good.I found the property useful as a base to explore other areas along the Costa del Sol by bus, train or on foot.Via Google Maps larger supermarkets, local markets, Hypermarkets and commercial centres are within east reach.
