Great space, neat, clean, organized and well located apartment in Florence.

We booked in the last minute and the staff were super nice and helpful. The location was very convenient and the apartment was spacious, clean, organized and has everything you need during your stay. In the same block there are convenience stores and restaurants and -if you are lucky- parking spaces to use as this area is not in the FTZ.

Stairs when dealing with luggage are hard to manage but the apartment is so nice that it makes you forget about the stairs the moment you get in!

BEWARE of unsafe bed and bad management

The apartment was close to the Santa Maria Novella Train station, which could be reached via tram at the end of the street. The apartment had cooking facilities and utencils to self cater. The shower pressure was good.

BEWARE THIS APARTMENT IS MANAGED WITH AN AGENCY. The apartment is managed by an agency. You have to collect the keys from their office and then make your way to the apartment on your own. NO ONE meets you at the apartment even though Italian law states they must meet and greet all holiday rental guests. Their are no apartment numbers in italy they just tell you its a 2 floor walk-up, so we had trouble finding the apartment door. There were also 3 x keys to get into the apartment (1 x building entrance key, apartment corridor key, and apartment door key.) The key to the apartment corridor (you enter a corridor with two separate apartment doors)was very old, and you had to wind it multiple times to open. Upon arriving, we sat on the single bed in the 2nd bedroom, and the bed slats fell out of the bed. I called to request this to be fixed, and all they did was send a maintenance man who looked at the bed and put the slat back in. It happened again the 2nd night. I called every every night for proper repairs, and they did nothing else. The bed slats were missing the protective nonslip covers, so they kept falling out. This is a safety risk for anyone sleeping on this bed. I told them this via phone and email, and it was not resolved at all over our entire stay. They need to replace all slats or replace the whole bed. The agency was difficult to deal with as they would answer your call and promise to do something but never did. The lack of care, safety, and customer service was appalling, and I would warn everyone NEVER to book here. They don't care about you, just your money.

Fair Quality/price

The location was near public transports, the Santa Maria Novella train carrier and a Carrefour supermarket. It had several kitchen appliances and all we needed to cook.

The apartment was not clean at all. The beds were not good and hard and to use the shower hand we had to click on the button.

The apartment is ultra modern, lovely decor. It’s very clean and has everything you’ll need for a lovely stay. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and utensils etc.

The property is located on 2nd floor so you’ll lift your lugguages up the stairs. It’s a good 15 to 20 mins walk to town central.

Apartamento estupendo, pero no buena ubicación

El apartamento es tal y como se ve en las fotos. En buen estado, cocina muy bien equipada, aire acondicionado, baño completo y muy limpio. El personal super amable a la llegada.

los colchones son excesivamente, te hundes. El barrio no esta muy lejos, pero tampoco cerca del centro, 25 minutos andando, el problema es que ya entra en una zona nada concurrida y que aunque no se siente peligrosa no da sensación de seguridad, sobre todo de noche.

Ótima estadia, passamos 6 noites, tudo foi ótimo

Acomodação muito espaçosa, confortável, achamos muito atencioso a cestinha com sachês de condimentos. Funcionários bastante prestativos, fomos recebidos por um funcionário que nos mostrou o apartamento, e quando tivemos um pequeno problema com o ar condicionado fomos prontamente instruídos e o problema resolvido.

Mauvais rapport qualité prix par rapport au quartier !

Neuf , grande salle de bain , grande chambre . Propre

Pas de volets dans la cuisine , canapé lit bruyant , matelas déformé dans la chambre , mauvais accueil de la personne qui nous a remis les clés « vite fait « et mauvaise adresse sur site booking avec Google Maps ! Au 2e étage sans ascenseur !
