The property had everything we needed plus parking. Quiet, residential area but close to transport access, shops and the wonderful Merton Abbey Mills. It was perfect for four of us to celebrate a birthday. . The communication with the host was great. We would definitely recommend and will be booking again.

Nice comfy living room and bedroom, plenty of gadgets in the kitchen. Excellent to see a place provide good quality coffee rather than the usual instant rubbish.
Bathroom in desperate need of modernisation. The stairwell also needed a proper clean. Although the general area was nice, access to the house itself was down a dark alley which didn't feel safe at night and the garden needed tidying up.
