The location was Wimbledon, just a five‑minute walk from South Wimbledon station, situated between Zones 3 and 4, so quite central. The house was clean and had BT Wi‑Fi with a 1 Mbps connection. It featured two bathrooms, one with a shower, and could comfortably accommodate a family of four (two adults and two children). Local shops included Sainsbury’s, Tesco opposite the tube station, a Morrisons superstore, and nearby Asian shops. There was no interference from the owner, which was a positive.
It requires some repair work, the toaster is missing, and additional cleaning is needed.

Has an average modern look.
Needs some work done. Ceiling is covered with water stains from leaks from a property above. Needs new clean and fresh bedding. The property is in a filthy back alley. There were over flowing wheelie bins, rats and flies about. No parking. Taking all this into consideration the property is Overpriced but convenient
