Great location for us. Handy to family, and 5-10 mins walk to transport links and all the fabulous Tooting Broadway pubs and restaurants! Spacious flat with separate lounge, kitchen with heaps of cooking equipment, and warm tiled bathroom.
There is no soundproofing to the upper story flat. Those occupants weren’t at all excessively noisy but you can hear every movement. Suggest earplugs if you’re sensitive to sound.
The flat is also just a bit tired and while it was clean enough the kitchen would have benefited from a good spring clean.
Bed comfy but very squeaky.

Rooms were quite spacious, both the kitchen and the bedroom
Some of the bed frames / wood planks on the double sofa bed were already broken, so the sofa bed felt too soft. There were some mold near the toilet sink area. One of the pots in the kitchen cupboard got insects too.
