South West London semi-detached House

The property was good. The interior deco,the amenities are met our needs. The location is perfect very easy to find and closed to the bus stop train station and plenty of shops around. Parking in front of the house its an advantage which takes 2 cars. The wiffi is on a high speed,very comfortable beds and the ceiling fan combined with a light its just too good. The house is very modern. The The host is very easy to communicate with. Fom day one a wamth welcomong mesage was sent to us and always available for response. Thanks for giving us extra time to check out. Really appreciate. We will surely come again

I would have give 9 for the Rating, but I gave 7. Although, from the reviews I ready before renting this property it was not as bad as what I read. The only issue is the maintenance On arrival the whole house was smelling of cigarettes and very strong. We dont smoke so it was not a welcoming atmosphere at all. Probably it was the cleaners. Another issue is the cleaning. The cleaner can take extra time and effort to keep the house clean,lack of maintenance will destroyed the beauty of the property. The window seal was dusty The shower draining was full of hair the water was not draining when having a shower until we remove the cover and it appeared very dirty. I have to clean it.The shower door is rusty. This can break if not moved with care The bottom of the sliding door and the connectors of the shower room need attention. See the picture Am saying this in order to adress it with the cleaners

The location was perfect, as we wanted to stay near family. The host was easy to contact and very responsive. The beds were very comfortable with nice firm mattresses. It was nice to stay somewhere with a garden during such a warm summer! Having a home with a kitchen and washing machine made a longer stay very straightforward. I had contacted the host prior to our stay after seeing some less positive reviews and got prompt, reassuring responses. The host was also responsive to feedback that we gave that would have enhanced our stay, such as having a drying rack for clothes. We stayed for 2 weeks and a comfortable stay. We'd happily stay here again if the property is available for our next trip here!

A drying rack for drying laundry and a vacuum cleaner would be really helpful for longer stays like ours. Otherwise, we were really happy with our stay.

Own door access, and parking in the driveway

Dichtbij openbaar vervoer met goede aansluiting naar Londen toe.

Locatie aan drukke weg met veel verkeer. Naast enorm appartementencomplex waar het erg rumoerig was, blowende mensen voor op de stoep. 2 van de 3 bedden waren steenhard, 3e bed was ook niet echt comfortabel. Badkamer was vies en beschimmeld. Eetkamerstoelen waren gammel, kon niet tegen de rugleuning zitten anders bang dat het af zou breken.
