The space is very well decorated and has good appliances etc. The water was hot, etc. and there was some coffee available. It was great having a separate and dedicated parking space.
Booking .com was unable to distinguish between rooms with or without a view. There is very little insulation for noise so you can hear your neighbors blowing their noses and flushing the toilet. We had selected a room with a view and only after paying were informed that booking.com can't distinguish. We were given an option to cancel within 24hours if we chose not to stay. However, that just make it difficult to arrange another booking...

This was a lovely property that gave us everything we were looking for. Sitting room and large kitchen which is well equipped. Bedroom with more than ample storage. There is a very useful shelf where we put our suitcases. Everything was very clean and well maintained. We had a small query and the owner returned our message very quickly with a solution. The parking was a big sell for us as St Ives properties do not provide this in general. It was an easy 10 minute walk to the front. We really enjoyed our stay. Would recommend.
