We stayed in this apartment for 5 nights with 2 adults and 2 children, and everything was absolutely perfect. The location is fantastic and the view is stunning. The apartment was spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable vacation. We had a rental car, which made it very easy to get around — Seefeld is only a 13-minute drive away. Everything exceeded our expectations. We would definitely return and highly recommend this place.

The host is really wery nice & understanding person.

We missed check out due to son's injury at tournament. The host was understanding & we had no complications or additional cost to pay. He answered phone promptly, not like owners of other apartments we used before. We will use this host for next visit in this area :D.

Lovely appartment stay close to nature.

Well located for trekking, cross country skiing, nature. Apartments are fully equipped and very clean, many small lovely details and well-organized.

A clothes rack for hanging the wet clothes after skiing / sport would be nice to have in the apartment.

Just ideal

Everything is perfect, it was our second time and we will come again. The Landhaus is exceptionally clean and cozy. So much attention to detail in design. Just perfect! Location is incredible, just in front of Hohe Munde. The garden/terrases, outside territory is also made with lots of love and care. Ideal place to stay in Leutasch!

Wunderbare Erholung in traumhafter Winterlandschaft

Sehr schöne, kompfortable und geräumige Ferienwohnung in schöner ruhiger Lage in Leutasch / Klamm. Das Auto ist unter dem Carport gut aufgeräumt. Das Schlafsofa war spitze, da es eine Matratze auf Lattenrost und somit ein gutes Schlaferlebnis bot. Es konnte täglich einfach umgebaut werden konnte. Es hat viel geschneit, die Straßen und de Hof waren aber stets gut geräumt, so dass das nie ein Problem darstellte.

Ein Backofen bzw. Mikrowelle mit Umluftfunltion würde die Wohnung abrunden. Ansonsten hat es an rein gar nichts gemangelt.

Bewertung unseres Aufenthalts – leider mit erheblichen organisatorischen Problemen

Leider konnten wir unseren Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft nicht antreten, da das gebuchte Appartement bei unserer Ankunft überbucht war. In dem Schlüsseltresor befand sich kein Schlüssel, unter der angegebenen Telefonnummer war niemand erreichbar. Ein Hinweis darauf, dass der Gastgeber selbst im Haus wohnt oder über eine private Klingel erreichbar ist, war für uns weder vorab noch vor Ort ersichtlich – insbesondere nicht im Dunkeln. Die aufmerksam gewordenen Hausbewohner konnten uns ebenfalls nicht weiterhelfen. Die Situation war sehr belastend, da wir spätabends vor verschlossener Tür standen. Die anschließende Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Booking-Support erwies sich als schwierig. Angeboten wurden im Verlauf sehr unterschiedliche Alternativen, teils mit erheblicher Entfernung, die aufgrund der späten Uhrzeit für uns nicht mehr realistisch waren. Schließlich entschieden wir uns, nachts wieder nach Hause zu fahren und verloren damit den geplanten Urlaubstag. Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass Booking.com die Kosten der nicht genutzten Unterkunft erstattet hat. Der Vermieter übernahm aus Kulanz einen Teil der entstandenen Fahrtkosten. Dennoch bleibt festzuhalten, dass die gesamte Situation durch bessere Organisation, klare Erreichbarkeit und transparente Informationen hätte vermieden werden können. Ein Hinweis zur Erreichbarkeit über ein private Klingel erfolgte leider erst im Nachhinein. Die Kulanzregelung wirkte insgesamt sehr formal und wenig dem tatsächlichen Aufwand, dem Stress und der nächtlichen Heimfahrt angemessen. Die Unterkunft selbst können wir daher nicht bewerten – sehr wohl aber die Organisation und den Umgang mit einem ernsthaften Problemfall. Hier besteht aus unserer Sicht deutlicher Verbesserungsbedarf, insbesondere für Situationen, in denen Gäste abends oder nachts ohne Zugang zur gebuchten Unterkunft dastehen.

Eine sehr schöne gepflegte Wohnung(5) in einem wunderschönen Haus! Tolles Bad! Sehr gute Ausstattung! Das Bett war groß, die Matratzen super und kein gequitsche beim Umdrehen 😉!!! Der Außenbereich ist sehr gemütlich und gepflegt. Parkplatz direkt am Haus unterm Carport. (Danke für die schöne Zeit bei euch!) Sehr zu empfehlen!!!

Schlüssel werde in Safe, Außen im Eingangsbereich bereitgestellt. Auto kann unter Massivem Carport geparkt werden. Zimmer im Erdgeschoss, mit großzügigem Gartenbereich, schön gepflegt und vielen Möglichkeiten sich zu entspannen.
