The property is in excellent condition. It is all on one level making it easy for people with mobility issues. The kitchen is fully equipped. Both bedrooms have large double beds. There is a patio area outside the patio doors which can be used for breakfast or evening meal.
The property is very close to a busy road so you will hear traffic noise throughout the day. Identifying the location of the property on a busy road is tricky and leaving the property (which has a concealed entrance) needs careful attention each time.

Well equipped lodge
Location was very close to a busy road so traffic was noisy

It’s very comfortable & clean with a good sized bed & nice bedding. Home from home. Coltishall pubs are great & within walking distance.Indian takeaway is great too.
There’s road noise but that’s beyond the control of the property. Electric charge point would be useful.
