Church Close is a stylish bungalow that comfortably accommodates up to six guests across three beautifully designed bedrooms. Thoughtfully furnished to feel like a true home away from home, it offers comfort, warmth, and all the essentials you need for a relaxing stay. The bungalow features three welcoming and thoughtfully designed bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a spacious king-size bed, creating a cosy retreat for a restful night’s sleep. The two additional double bedrooms are equally comfortable, each styled with soft furnishings and a warm, homely feel. All three rooms provide generous storage, giving every guest ample space to unpack, stay organised, and truly settle in during their stay.
The family bathroom is spacious, modern, and meticulously maintained, offering a bright and welcoming space for everyone to enjoy. It features a refreshing walk-in shower for a quick start to the day, as well as a separate bathtub perfect for a long, relaxing soak after a day of exploring.
The open-plan living area is bright, welcoming, and perfect for both relaxing and socialising. The comfortable seating area is ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring, while the smart TV provides entertainment for everyone. The dining area features a spacious table, perfect for family meals or evening gatherings. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, making it easy to feel completely at home during your stay.

Whether exploring the waterways or taking peaceful walks along the riverbanks, the village offers plenty of scenic spots rich in wildlife and tranquility.
Just over 4 miles away is Wroxham, often called the “capital of the Broads.” Here, visitors can rent day boats, join group tours, or enjoy riverside restaurants, ice cream parlours, and fishing shops. • Payment for direct bookings: If you’ve booked directly through us, 50% of your payment is due upfront. The remaining 50% will be collected 5 days before check-in.
• Fortnightly Cleans: For stays longer than 14 nights, we offer a complimentary mid-stay clean and linen change.
• Rubbish/disposal policy: Excessive waste left at the property may incur an additional charge at checkout. Please be mindful of rubbish and ensure the property is left in good condition.
• Please be conscious and respectful of the neighbors and the local area. Loud music, parties, or excessive noise are not acceptable.
