Wroxham warm welcome
Lovely clean property in a good location near centre of Wroxham. The house was lovely and warm on arrival and sofas and beds were comfy.
Would have been nice to have a mirror downstairs. Only two saucepans and no frying pan or kitchen scissors ,Otherwise we'll equipped.

A nice house but could be better!
The location of the property was great and it was clean and tidy.
We were warned prior to our arrival that the car park was flooded, we weren't informed that the whole road was under water. It seems that there's squeaky floorboards in every room which isn't great at night. There is a plumbing issue with the shower on the 2nd floor, if you're in the first floor front bedroom there's the sound of constant dripping for around 30 minutes after someone has had a shower above you.

Good location near town and the river. Quiet road. Good kitchen facilities Allocated parking space
Vanity unit In double room not usable when seated, as mirror too high ,also there is no electric socket nearby for hairdryer use. Lack of sockets in bedrooms.. Intermittent pump noise from first-floor toilet, including during the night,when not in use.

Great stay at this lovely house, would definitely stay again.
Location is excellent and the house is very well equipped & comfortable.
The noise from the building site opposite but that was unavoidable.
