Don't use this facility at all

The location great near supermarket, restaurants and the beach. Right in the heart of Huelin community.

Apartment dirty poor facilities one cup one wine glass plates not clean. Rusty wine opener, hotplate would not work cafeteria. It didn't recognise the size despite we bought in large . Broken window taped with cellotape. toilet seat broken, shower filthy unable to open outside shutters as tight up so unable to put up or down. I had to buy a mop as floor so dirty. T.v Went out and they apartment managers very rude and did not send a tec for one week. Construction going on above our apartment outside stairs and walls coated with plaster. Couldn't get in to apt on time as cleaner had not cleaned it. Just made the whole two weeks so stressful I asked for help from booking.com No refund or any help whatsoever.

Disappointing apartment, difficult host to contact. Make sure you have WhatsApp before you show up!

The only good thing I have to say about this apartment is that it was in a great location, close to bus lines and metro that go to city center and airport. It's good enough if you plan to spend most of your time out exploring the city and just need a place to sleep at night.

Almost everything about this apartment can use significant improvement. It was certainly not worth the money I spent to stay here. Firstly, the host was difficult to contact and REQUIRES people to use WhatsApp without prior notification. Without planning to have a sim card or other mobile data, it would have been impossible to get access to the apartment if my friend wasn't flying in a day later from the US and still had mobile data access. This should definitely be something that's specified early and clearly on the booking, not the day of check-in. The apartment is in dire need of finishing, base boards are missing, and one of the beds is creaky and very wobbly. This could be easily fixed with a wrench. The kitchen was not as "fully equipped" as described, it did not include a toaster as listed, soap, paper towels, or trash bags, and dishes were dirty, and there was moldy bread in the cupboards and leftover food in the fridge from the previous visitor. The bathroom shower could use some kind of shower ledge or surface for placing products and the shower head mount was falling out of the wall. The "air conditioning" was simply a wall-mounted fan. Leaving the windows open gave some airflow, but without screens we got chewed up by mosquitos in an attempt to be comfortable. The WiFi was spotty at best, worked sometimes well enough but would drop unexpectedly for long periods. I believe it was coming from a different place in the building, and with the concrete walls, this is does not make for a good experience. The washing machine was malfunctioning, when we tried to use it we noticed it was half full of water and it electrically shocked my friend when he reached into it to check. There was also loud construction and repairs going on directly overhead from 8am until 6pm every single weekday, making it very hard to relax in the space during daytime hours.

La primera noche vimos varias cucarachas en la habitación, la nevera no iba y olía fatal. Además estaba todo muy sucio e incluso un cristal roto. Debido a las cucarachas no pudimos dormir ningún día tranquilas y dormimos con la luz encendida para que no salieran del escondite ya que estaban algunas en la cocina. El alojamiento no nos hizo ni caso y booking nos devolvió 30 euros de 175 que pagamos, estamos muy descontentas tanto con el alojamiento como con booking.

Es decepcionante encontrar un apartamento con deficiencias, pero es más decepcionante aún no recibir respuesta de ningún tipo después de 7 días. Sin poder ver TV sin poder utilizar la lavadora (rota) desconchones en las paredes. Puertas de los muebles es de la cocina se caen por falta de tornillos. La cerradura de la puerta se puede abrir sin llave. UN VERDADERO DESASTRE Si al menos respondiesen a llamadas o mensajes que se les ha enviado durante estos siete días pues conocería las razones de por qué está así el apartamento

Gefallen hat mir die Lage der Wohnung zum Strand und die Busverbindungen waren gut. Man ist in 20 Minuten mit dem Bus in der Stadt.

Die Hygiene war mangelhaft. Der Boden war sehr dreckig und wurde wahrscheinlich sehr selten gewischt. Es waren viele Katzenhaare und Hunde-Haare auf den Boden. Im Schlafzimmer war das Bett nicht sauber, die Decke stank nach Männerschweiß. Erst nach drei Tagen habe ich eine frische Bettdecke bekommen. Im Badezimmer war der Duschvorhang verschimmelt und die Toilettenspülung war ständig am Rauschen, so dass man nachts nicht in Ruhe schlafen konnte. Insgesamt war es sehr laut in der Wohnung, weil die Wohnung direkt an der Straße ist und teilweise sehr befahren war, um zu dem Supermarkt in die Ecke zu kommen. Der Kühlschrank war sehr alt und brummte fast durchgehend sehr laut, so dass ich diesen nachts ein paar Mal ausstellen musste. Die Küche war sehr schlecht ausgestattet. Es gab nicht mal eine Tasse für den Kaffee. Ich musste mir 2 Obstmesser kaufen, weil es dort keine gab. Diese habe ich für andere Gäste da gelassen. Ich hoffe nicht, dass Bookingcom diese Unterkunft anderen Leuten vermietet. Das wäre eine Zumutung! Insgesamt war die Wohnung sehr kahl und lieblos eingerichtet. Es gab kaum Bilder an den Wänden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Inhaber war katastrophal. Er ging nie ans Telefon und antwortete gar nicht oder erst am nächsten Tag auf meine Nachrichten. Ich habe mehrmals um kostenlose Stornierung gebeten. Er wollte für eine Nacht 160 € Stornierungskosten haben. Er war insgesamt sehr unfair. Positiv war es, dass ich nach drei Tagen doch noch eine saubere Bettdecke bekommen habe.

Brak kontaktu z personele - odezwali się tylko gdzie są klucze i gdzie zostawić na koniec. Nieodpowiedzieli na żadne wiadomości w trakcie pobytu. Zepsuta deska klozetowa. Wszystko brudne i lepiące - musieliśmy najpierw posprzątać. Zepsute łóżko które jest naprawione na taśmę, sznurek i cegłówkę żeby się nie zawaliło. Nie ma ogrzewania - klimatyzacja nie działa prawdopodobnie jest całkowicie odłączona na zewnątrz. Brudne naczynia w szafkach. Zdjęcia nie są z tego apartamentu.peknieta szyba zaklejona na taśmę w oknie.

Bilderna på booking stämmer inte med det vi bokade. De bilderna gäller bara en lägenhet som de inte hyr ut. Icke tillgänglig värd varken på telefon eller via meddelande. TRASIG TOALETT som inte gick att spola. Smutsig och möglig kylskåp. Icke städat lägenhet. Trasig gardin. Har försökt kontakta värden att fixa åtminstone Wc:n men utan framgång. Vi lämnade boendet efter en halv dag trots att vi hade bokat två nätter. Vi debiterades två nätter iallafall. Det blev billigare för oss att bo på hotell.
