Not a bad location. About a 30 minute walk from the centre which was fine for us, and buses do run if needed. Comfortable and clean, and had all the facilities needed.
If you’re looking for luxury this is not for you. It was clean and comfortable but basic.

Ruidoso, se escucha cada vez que pasa coche, los vecinos….
