I like how big the room is. How clean everything is. The fact that there is an iron, drying rack, all the kitchen stuff. Fast WiFi. Beautiful shower and bathroom. The host was fast and supportive. I wish all my stays were like this!

It was a bit loud, but later I saw that the window was open. Once I closed it it was fine. The area is busy but you don’t hear it that much.

It's a very well equipped studio, short walk from the Maria Zambrano railway station. Beds and pillows are very comfortable.

I booked a one bedroom apartment, but it's rather an one space studio. I found this a bit deceiving as there was no private space between the guests.

1 155 The accommodation was very clean, the apartment was in a great location close to the train and bus stations, the landlord was great, the keys were handed over without any problems. I can't fault anything except for two things. One detail that I would recommend is to add at least one pot to the kitchen, a smaller one would be enough. The inability to cook anything else, since there was only one large one. And the second most important thing about the entire accommodation, which destroyed all my expectations and enjoyment of the holiday, was an incredible stench coming from under the pipes. I can't exactly identify whether it was the pipe under the sink, but immediately after arrival the door had to be left open so that it could be ventilated, and the air conditioning was also turned on so that we could get the stench out somehow, even though it wasn't warm, so that we had to turn on the air conditioning. I'm not the type of person who is sensitive, but this was beyond my strength. We spent a minimum of time in the room, just to sleep, but every time I returned to the apartment, my stomach would growl and I wanted to go there. In short, I recommend that the landlord check the pipes and seals and fix them as soon as possible. Otherwise, the accommodation, equipment, and cleanliness were exemplary, but all of this was ruined by the smell.
